The property and room are clean. The pool could use a skimming more frequently, it was windy this weekend and there was debris in corners of the pool I even seen a bandage. Also upon check in the concierge was trying to sell us a time share. Disguising it as “welcome gift” upon arrival. That wasn’t pleasant, and when we weren’t interested, they kept trying to sell. After a 3 1/2 hour drive it’s not ideal to continue to say no thank you. I will book again though, hopefully this review helps. Because other than those things our stay was fantastic!!

check in progress horrible i was given a room which i didn’t request and was moved out the next day missed y planned tour was there celebration my birthday i asked if i could pay the difference and stay in that room so that i wasn’t changed and i could continue with my planes they said no they stated manger was going to reach out never did i had to follow up which they promised a basket full of goodies fir the inconvenience with i never got horrible experience

The pool area is awesome. Very clean, beautiful decor and the food/adult beverages were on point!! We stayed in the 2bedroom suite. Totally speechless!!!! Full kitchen and mini bar area. Let’s not leave out the balcony area!!! Huge!!!!Spacious!!! The staff top notch customer service!!

Hard to finding a socket I could plug into. Most of the wall outlets I couldn’t get anything to plug in or if it did it wouldn’t go all the way, hang loose. Also pool music on before 8 am and loud enough I could hear it on the 7th floor with doors shut.

Room was beyond our expectations, only issue we had was with the smoke coming from the designated smoking section below us. The pool was wonderful, the kids were upset they couldn't play with dive sticks but overall had a blast either way. Staff was supper attentive and helpful whenever we needed.

I liked the original impression of the hotel. The check-in was cumbersome. After a long day of driving, they catch you right at the front desk and try to sell you on a resort visit. They offer money on a card to do so, but I didn't appreciate the sales pitch and the pressure to agree. There were hidden charges, the said that some fees were paid by Hotels.com, but then they wanted $300 deposit for amenities. The pool was beautiful, but it was windy all the days we were there, so it was closed. The room was not clean. The kitchen floor was sticky. The tub had hair on the floor. The tub also didn't drain, and we had to have maintenance come fix it. It drained well after that. The balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises. The did allow us to check-out one day early, as we decided to take two days to drive home instead of one.

I stayed here the year before for wrestlemania but it was a little far from the venue so I stayed here for the week leading up to it. This place is so relaxing , your own kitchen you can live like at home well in paradise. The property is 5 stars! Especially if your doing a group trip it’s a place where gambling and non gambling friends can go the non gambling people can chill look after the kids well the gamblers go to the strip or downtown for the casinos. Even if you just want to a weekend away and weren’t even thinking about Vegas this place is for you! Planning a big group trip back!
