This hotel is above average for a moderately price airport hotel. It is only 10 minutes from the airport and is within very close walking distance to a super market and reasonably priced restaurants. The hotel was ok, but there was nothing in the area to do. If we wanted to go anywhere, it was buy a cab and the hotel did not give us suggestions We will find another hotel the next time we cruise out of Rome.

the hotel itself is clean and comfortable but to get to the hotel from the airport, you need to get a taxi (local fiumicino not rome taxi) after 8pm. it costs 15 euros, the hotel did not mention to us and we ended up waiting for the hotel shuttle for about 45mins. also, there are no signs at the bus stop with the hotel shuttle timings or the phone number […] of the hotel...we had an early morning flight and asked specifically for a taxi at 5am that can take credit cards...the taxi did not show up till 5.30 and when we reached the airport, the cab driver said that he does not take credit cards and ripped us in dollars...he said that the front desk lady never mentioned about credit cards... 阅读更多信息

It was a nice stay overnight before the LONG trip back to Arizona! Really appreciated the easy shuttle service, and next time I would include the breakfast in the hotel rate instead of having to pay for it separately.

It was a very nice hotel and the dinner in the restaurant was more than we expected for hotel food. Service was excellent both at the restaurant and throughout the hotel. Most staff spoke fluent English so that was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying in or out of Rome.

The Staff was very accommodating, and there is a convenient shuttle bus back and forth to the airport for reasonable euros. The breakfast which may or may not be included in the room rate is very extensive. We stayed there three different times while using Rome FUM. Airport as our base.

Not your typical Courtyard rooms have too much furniture to move around with suitcases. No room service. Over priced breakfast buffet. Nice staff, most speak English. Costs 6 Euros for airport shuttle. Free Wi-Fi for Elite members. Located in airport industrial run down area. Nice hotel. My only complaints are that the food is a bit expensive, and the taxi driver charged 20 euro to take me there, and it is about 1.5 miles from the airport terminal.

It was close to the airport, which eliminated traffic as a risk factor. Travel by taxi or hotel van was arranged, and it was on time. It is not close to any sites, services or alternate dining. They were under going a change of ownership while I was there. The rooms were to be renovated when the sale was completed. We had wallpaper pealing off the walls & other guests complained about their shower, although ours was fine. It's a hotel by the airport so your catering to individuals literally on the go. So no room service, after a day of traveling I don't really want to be around others when I get to the room. Could not believe that this hotel did not have wireless wifi - had to use a computer in a "library" of the hotel especially since located by the airport. At least there was no charge, but being I use my Iphone and not traveling with a laptop this was very impractical. Terrible service at the front desk. Bad attitude, rude and discourteos. They seem to have " Do not disturb" sign at the front desk and transportation desk. Asked to wake up for flight, but the phone never rang. Luckily managed to wake up ourselves. All together we had booked 8 nights. Even though we had reservations for three people for two days, each day we had to call for additional towels and bedding. Lobby stairs were a bit challenging for guests carrying luggage. Airport shuttle provided. Just ten minutes from the airport. Good restaurants and local attractions within walking distance.

Hotel needs a lot of work. Wallpaper coming off, carpet up in places, stains on carpet. but for rome, price is right.

BEWARE! This hotel is advertised in Expedia and in all other wed sites as offering free shuttle service from the airport. We arrived at the airport past 10:30 pm and the shuttle was not running. The cab ride was 25.€ and the hotel staff did not want to compensate us, they said that it was not free and that was an error on the web site. It was 6€ per […] person and it does not run all day. We had to take another taxi to go back to the airport in the morning. When I asked about how to connect to the "FREE' WIFI she told us that that was another "error" on the web sites and it was not included. She waved the fees but it turned out it only worked in the lobby. Later I try to print my boarding passes from the computers available but none had paper in the printer. Everything you need from an airport hotel, shuttle bus (6 euros = 10 mins from terminals), 24 hour reception (also 24 hour snack bar at reception, no mini bar in rooms), clean and comfy room, felt secure. Free wifi and cable connection to internet.

Hotel meets it's american standard as far as quality, cleanliness, and service. It will cost 20 to get a ride to or from the airport via taxi, or the hotel offers a shuttle service for 6 euro. It is situated fairly close to the airport and close enough to town for a stroll to go get some food. Would stay here again.

There was black mold crowing on the wall next to the bed and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The staff barely spoke English. The food in the dining room was mediocre and overpriced. They charge $12. For the shuttle from the airport. Go some where else
