Great stay, better location!

Awesome location in Palma! Great staff and the breakfast was very good (you can order eggs, omelets, etc a la carte). We had an issue with our room at check-in, but the reception helped to make up for it. Quaint, unique hotel with an awesome pool at the rooftop with views of the famous cathedral. Would stay here again should we get the opportunity to come back to Palma!

This was a very nice hotel in a beautiful location in the old quarter of Palma. We arrived on foot and used public transportation. Breakfast was amazing and staff was very friendly and attentive. No gym but bicycles to use for free. Also a lovely library for work or reading.

Perfectly located walking distance from the Cathedral and other sites. The hotel included breakfast on Expedia - and there was a large choice of delicious options. However, no wash cloth, no restaurant that was open for dinner, and there was no delay in shutting off electricity when you removed your key so that you ended up exiting the room in the dark. Overall, a positive experience with a lot of little annoying shortcomings.

This is NOT a 4* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Website and photos are extraordinarily misleading. Entrance is closed at 18:00. Access then only using key card. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Whenever we opened the doors there were crawling insects on the floor near to the doors. Brochure / website states rooms have A/C but with external day/night temperatures ranging from 12-30*C (21/03/2024) there was no cooling A/C available. When we put the A/C "ON" it just blew very hot, with no explanation as to why the cooling facility did not work. This maybe fine if you're Mallorquin / Spanish, but when the hotel caters for international guests, often colder climbs, the cooling system should be enabled or a CLEAR note made on their booking confirmation that this will not be available. So hot were we that we had to sleep with the bedroom doors wide open, allowing all sorts of bugs and mosquitoes in. On one particular night we were woken at 02:45 by very loud music coming from the ground floor restaurant. This went on for 1/2hr before an elderly but helpful night porter went to investigate and we presume found cleaning staff who had put the music on to listen to whilst working. Very annoying but no apology or gesture or refund made. If you are happy "back-packing" or 2-3* this hotel would probably be OK, but is certainly not 4*. We certainly will not return for the reasons highlighted.
