The place was decent. To be expected from an inexpensive room for a weekend in Virginia Beach. All the vending machines are broke, only one ice machine works, parking is a nightmare, and the rooms are a little dated. With that being said, everything was clean, the air conditioning works very well, the view is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, and you can't beat the price especially for being Within spitting distance of the boardwalk and Beach. Not the best, but on a budget it's great. Especially if you don't plan on being in the room much

Staff were very nice. Does need a little updating. Some of the paint peeling in the room/bathroom. Would have liked to had towels replaced. We did go down to the desk and they gave us new ones. They do not come in your room to do any cleaning, which I’m fine with but others may not be. Overall it was nice and I would stay again.

I would stay here again but it wouldn’t be my first choice. The lighting needs to be better & the television pictures weren’t clear. There was a $50 deposit that I didn’t get back due to us expecting our stay & it was added to our total & the front desk clerk didn’t realize that she did it until we checked out.

The view and location were absolutely amazing, but that is really the best thing about the place. The sheets were clean, the couch was scratched to hell and smelled like cat piss, the elevator was scary, as were the stairs. The room was not clean, though the toilet and sink were. The railing on the balcony was not secure, but the plastic chairs were new, no bugs. It was about what I expected for the cheapest hotel on a busy weekend, on a beach, we had decided last minute to hit Virginia Beach, so I did not have the ability to be picky. The staff were kind, other than check in and out I didn’t have any dealings with them, while I didn’t use the pool it looked clean. I would not stay here again be choice, but I wouldn’t refuse if it was all that was available.

Not so good. Water pressure terrible in shower. One tv never had internet there was a pizza in oven n chick filet fries left in microwave when we arrived. Jets in hot tub not strong. We had double Balcony but one was closed in with only a small window. Our neighbor mentioned there room wasn't clean, hair in tub, etc. I did love the unlimited fresh brew coffee and flavored water downstairs. We did love the room and being close and convenient to everything. Just need more attention to rooms and cleanliness.

Room was clean, although the bathroom is a bit awkward - shower and toilet in the main bedroom - sink in the hallway. The TVs weren't plugged in so I did that, and the one in the bedroom had a busted coax cable. The front room TV was hit or miss with fuzzy channels. Other than that the beds were comfortable, and the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. And, the hotel is centrally located along the strip within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. I would return if the need arises.

The bathroom was worn down and looked like it was neglected for a while with stains and stuff/gunk all in the cracks and corners. Only one trash can in the entire room. There was a $50 dollar deposit that was a surprise to me and it needs to be known instead of a secret until we had to check in and it was sprouted on me, last minute. Good thing I had the $50 cause if we didn't, we couldn't stay and I would have lost my money cause the room was non-refundable.

The photos that were emailed to me when I reserved a room were of the room plus other photos of apparently a different, nicer room, so that was a little misleading. The microwave, when opened, had a rust spot, there was not a single dish or bowl or utensil, all drawers and cabinets were empty, the laminate flooring in the main living area appeared dirty, the very small bathroom showed mold in the caulking (though the shower and tub area was not so bad) and both TVs were very staticky, not a clear picture…. Thankfully we were right on the beach so the view was very nice
