Loved it... wasn't expecting the clothing optional part but made for a great stay. Very quite, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of duvall- short 8 dollar cab ride away...the front desk staff, so incredibly nice. Great stay- would recommend!

There is construction on the road so it does look sketchy at first. But the room was clean nice. 5min from everything, staff was nice. It's a good budget place. I mean it's not a 5 star resort with everything. But it's a good place.

They gave me a standart room with doors who didn t work and with an old kitchen , just near the street and far from the swimming pool. The hotel was fantastic! Easy bike ride on beach cruisers to Duval st. The hotel is adults only :) lovely pool and view if the water. Definitely staying there again. Cute room with Canopy bed!

My background in hotels may have me expecting more than most but shouldn't we all expect great service when spending a lot of money for a room? First we attempted to check-in a couple hours early but the front desk agent rudely denied to even check the system and wouldn't even pre-register a room for us. We were then told we would be called when a room […] was ready but this never happened. We also were not warned about the construction and detour we had to take to get back to our hotel. Lack of service to say the least! It was a sold out weekend and maintenance crews were cutting down coconuts and palms with noisy chain saws while people were trying to relax at the pool. This should have been done on a weekday not a sold out weekend! Even when they were done they left it a mess on the pool deck. Completely unproffessional! We planned on getting married at the little cabana they had at sunset and luckily they had just finished by the time we had our casual ceremony but the mess they made took away from the experience. Beds in the hotel were not comfortable and bathrooms need serious remodeling. The property is well due for a lot of things. I would never recommend this property especially for the price. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money and stay in town or the much better Ibis Bay Resort down the street if you want something similar on the water for the price. 阅读更多信息

The hotel was very clean and the room was very sufficient for what we needed. The best part about our room was the balcony that overlooked the pool and marina. We were pleased overall but the only disadvantage about the resort was the location. If we were to return to key west we would definitely look into a hotel that was closer to duval street.

Very decent rooms for the price. Very nice staff. Close location to Duval st. Clean rooms and resort. Beautiful sitting area by the bay w lawn chairs, rocking chairs, and hammocks. Overall very satisfied and will return!

Hotel has nice quiet location on bay but you could be anywhere...not in old town...need car to go anywhere....Major 2 year road construction out front cuts you off from everything...were not working directly in front and we were there on the weekend so noice was not bad but beautiful location, NO TIKI BAR in operation and staff laughed when we asked […] about it, Staff is very friendly and helpful, room furnishings, carpet, bedding newer and comfortable, pool furniture,outside furniture on balcony dated, bathroom vanity, doors are old & not replaced in overall and beatup, a lot of rust on light fixtures and anything metal. Breakfast was nice and 3 hours with plenty of waffles, pastries, juice and coffee. Internet service does not work without a password despite front desk staff saying no password required and on last day another staff person informed us when she saw us struggling with trying to get on. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, our room and the furnishings. Bathroom could use some updating but room was very large and clean. Nice bar/kitchen area with refrig, microwave, sink and coffee maker. Office personnel very pleasant and helpful. Trolley pickup just across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

The street in front of the hotel was under construction. We passed the entrance. The hotel is no where near Mallory Square or Duval Street. The pictures on the website do not look anything like the hotel. I was not satisfied the least bit and would not recommend to anyone.

Nice cute little hotel. Room was a good size. The canopy bed really nice touch although very squeaky. Nice pool and landscaping. Very relaxing. Wouldn't really say it has a beach or anything but still nice. The tiki bar was nice to see by not open during our stay. We didn't see any naked people which was nice. Lol

Our room was not very comfortable and needed some fixing. The light and shower were broken. The light switches didn't work. We paid for a room with a king bed, but only got one with a double, maybe a full, I don't know, but it was very small. The room could use a remodel, as it seemed run down.

The suit is clean and comfort, the marina is very beautiful for viewing the sunrise. However, the air condition is noise and the bathwater isn't big enough for us. The price is a little high.

Pros: We found it to be clean and pleasant. Nice pool area and sandy area on the channel. 40 minute nice walk, 15 minute nice bike ride to Duvall. Bathroom had a constant smell of urine,They were never able to find the source. shower did not have a consistent water temperature, hot to cold to hot to cold, all the time without touching the water taps. Pool open all night, other guests screaming and carring on at 3 am, hotel did nothing about this.

It is in a wonderful location with its own beach,with a pool and hot tub that offer a real sense of privacy, a lovely gazebo for breakfast by the ocean and very helpful staff. We visited many hotels and except for the very top end, this was the nicest in terms of quiet, beauty, views, ocean access and very helpful staff. Sure there were little areas […] where the wall paper was worn ( it IS the tropics after all), but the room was lovely, bed was so comfy, romantic, with micro, frig and lots of space in the room to sit, read, rest, and the balcony was lovely The vegetation of banana trees, palm trees, and lushness is so beautiful, The clothing optional pool/hot tub makes for a lot of freedom and comfort. I will never forget floating in the hot tub gazing at a full moon thru the palm trees! Breakfast was restful by the ocean and we will go there again and again. Construction in front of the building. As for the roomstay the bedroom there were two windows together and each window had a different set of blinds. Both of the night tables we beat up and the tops were nicked up. In the front room the two lamps were the same style but different lamp shades. Perfect experience. Hotel staff was great, the canopied bed was wonderful and had tea in the morning overlooking the bay. Construction on Roosevelt was a small pain, but overall a great trip to lovely Key West.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was very attractive. Not new looking but pretty well kept. Hotel grounds area was nice, and particularly liked the outdoor patio with tables and chairs beside the breakfast room where you could eat and enjoy the view.

the banana bay resort was better then I expected... I would stay there again. even though it is close to a busy road, it is tucked far enough back that it seems secluded from the business that's actually happening. front desk women was wonderful, she was able to change mine and boyfriends room closer to our friends. quite at night, no trouble sleeping. […] pool area was very nice...rooms were comfortable... we spent most of our time out and about, so the banana bay suited us well for our intentions, good price and decent lodging. 阅读更多信息

The room was lovely and comfortable. The bamboo king size canopy bed was a very nice touch. We had a very nice water view. The downside was the road construction that made it more difficult to get around, but I can't blame hotel for that.
