"购物非常方便"
Hotels.com 住客于 2013年02月27日做过点评酒店的位置很不错，离中心购物的地方比较近。酒店大堂装饰的不错，很整洁，会有免费的茶和咖啡提供。服务生就清洁人员的态度很不错。酒店早晨口味比较适合中国人，但是竟然没有白粥只有汤泡饭。楼层的走廊里是没有地毯的，所以，感觉还是有些不够星级，呵呵。房间装修看上去比较精致，有落地窗可以看夜景，但是细节做的不够。房间内的设施看上去很全，微波炉、电池炉，餐具都有，如果不是要自己开火的话，基本上没用，洗衣机还比较实用。比较不理想的是：房间的空调比较差，只有低，中，高，三档，没有自动档。最低档的噪音都非常大，习惯安静睡眠的人可能很难适应，关掉空调，房间又热。所以，因为这一点，我们下次可能不会选择这个酒店了。另外一点就是洗手间的水温要调很长时间，可能是楼层太高的原因吧，很长时间才可以调到自己想要的水温，这还是我们在这个星级的酒店里第一次遇到的情况。从机场搭的士到酒店大概是370泰铢，从酒店出发到机场的时候，是酒店人员帮助叫的的士，的士车上表明的价格到机场需要700到800泰铢，到机场的时候，司机只收了我们600泰铢，不知道是不是很他聊天聊得比较愉快才收少我们的。

"Fantastic hotel and wonderful service"
My wife, son and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in Jan/Feb. We have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok before and decided we would stay in an apartment in the hotel for a change We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, the rooms were very spacious and clean. There was a comfortable living area with armchairs and a dining table, the kitchen […] although small was very well equipped with cooker, microwave and toaster etc, the bathroom was fabulous with a lovely big shower area. We had full access to the swimming pool and gymnasium. The breakfast was amazing with a huge choice of Western and Asian food to choose from. There's a lovely shopping mall adjoining the Conrad which has a Tops supermarket where you can buy all your food. There is also a free regular shuttle bus which takes you to Pleonchit skytrain station. I want to thank all the staff in the breakfast room and by the pool, also the wonderful receptionists who made us feel so welcome., thank you all.
