Killarney Plaza Hotel and Spa - 基拉尼

My wife and I had a short stay in KPH. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and personable; the quality of the accomodation was first class; the breakfast was excellent and above all the location of the hotel right in the heart of Killarney Town was perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel and indeed Killarney as a destination.

Beautiful hotel! CHeck in was fast and easy - staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic - right downtown. Walking distance to shops and pubs.

Superb hotel right in the centre of KIllarney town. Beautiful decor with a pool & spa area perfect for relaxing in. Although the town is full of bars and restaurants, the food available in the hotel make you never want to leave. The staff are excellent. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We really enjoyed our stay in Killarney plaza & we will certainly stay again! Clean, comfy and spacious room. Lovely bar food, and in general the hotel is really welcoming & the staff very friendly. Hotel had everything needed for a short stay, very central to restaurants and shops . While the hotel was very busy during our stay there was never any noise to keep us awake. Staff were very friendly and professional. We would stay again without any doubt.

Great location and lovely staff. The room was small but clean and had everything you'd need. Over all I had a higher expectation for the Plaza than was ultimately delivered but the location makes this one of the best hotels in Killarney.

Lovely staff and great location. Great bar and really wonderful food. The seafood chowder was outstanding. The matresses were aweful by US standards, which really made our stay very disappointing. Staff said the matresses were new. They were very hard with soft springs. Staff added duvets on top of the matresses but they did very little to increase […] our comfort. We booked a family room for our May 2012 vacation. Positives include: Room very clean with good quality finishes; nice view of the distant mountains from our window; no noticeable street noises despite downtown location; underground parking at no additional charge; shower curtain; very attractive lobby; beautiful pool and hot tub included; located across […] the street from a Ring of Kerry coach tour pick-up point; nearby restaurants and shops. A few glitches included: the elevator to the undergound parking did not function when we arrived. It indicated that there was a "fire emergency" yet there was no evidence of a fire anywhere. We had to lug our suitcases up and down convoluted stairs and hallway to get to the ground floor as we were unwilling to wait for the elevator to be repaired. Upon arrival at our room, one of the two sliding doors to the closet would not open. The nearby housekeepers quickly removed the mirrored doors, closed the door to the safe that had caused the jam, and reinstalled the doors which worked fine for the remainder of our visit; the elevators often had a sewer gas type odor; room felt cramped--two out of three suitcases had to reside on the limited floor space; access to pool and hot tub ended at 8:00 p.m. which seemed early. 阅读更多信息

This was a nice hotel in a great location central to the city centre locations in Killarney. While the hotel itself and room were very clean, it could use some updating in terms of the decor, furniture, TV, etc. I guess I was expecting something much more modern from the Web site and photos. Loved the Molton Brown products in the bathroom! Parking was […] free and was located in a garage connected to the hotel. I'm not sure if this was due to renovations, but getting from the garage to the hotel lobby was a bit of a hike up and down stairs and through a number of doorways. I stayed at this hotel on a sight-seeing trip through Ireland with my senior citizen parents. We all agreed that it was a very nice hotel and very convenient to everything in the town. Central location with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc. Also h the Molton brown spa. Air-conditioned room had flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi. Marble bathroom was large and clean with toiletries. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly.

Hotel Car park was full..... Couldnt access the pool area cos it was unattended when I tried...... Didnt eat at the hotel......but, Didnt have any real problems and the location was perfect for us at the time.

Das Hotel scheint schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die dicken Teppiche im Zimmer sind gewöhnungsbedürftig und vermutlich ursächlich für den leicht miefigen Geruch. Aufgrund seiner Lage ist es sehr wohl geeignet für einen Aufenthalt in Killarney.
