Before I made my reservation, I read alot of the reviews. They are pretty spot on. Good place for the money. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. My only complaints are that the shower head is weak and not from it being a low flow head; not enough water came out. The second issue is that the "fitness center" equipment looked like something […] from the 80's. I decided not to use it and took a long walk aorund the neighborhood. .Location is convenient to freeway, beds comfortable, but breakfast was just cereal, bread, waffles, coffee, and juice. Yogurt or eggs would have been nice. Nothing spectacular, just okay.

Great value for the price, which was very reasonable. Check the map before you drive to or from there though -- the highway exit is a little tricky, and it's not the same going as it is coming. We missed it more than once! This is a very convenient location and it is fairly quiet. Close to I-5 and various eateries. The only drawback I noticed was that sheets had small holes, and the pillowcase was labeled "hospitality inn". The front desk staff was polite.

The only negative I have to report is a musty smell in the halls, that's it. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked, the air-con was brilliant and the location is ideal if you need quick access to the I5. For the price we paid we got excellent value.

Great location for reaching OHSU without using I-5, close to 2 Fred Meyers, close to bridge for crossing to east Portland attractions, decent parking, very attentive and welcoming staff at front desk, could NOT hear road noise from rooms (awesome), comfy beds, spacious room, very easy to settle in - microwave, fridge, hot tub room, 4PM cookies!, the […] waffle/cereal/fruit breakfast. This hotel continues to be a great buy. We travel with our dog so must use the dog rooms, but they certainly are not doggy. In fact, it was immaculate. The managers and crew of this hotel keep it tip-top. We stay there at least 3-4 times a year as our son lives nearby, but we would use it if he moved across town. Just needed a place to sleep near some events we were attending. Staff very laid back, easy to deal with and hotel was only 2 miles from the event. Nice size room for the rate and appeared to be clean. Hotel itself is a little 'worn.' Sunday breakfast only open until 10AM. Should change that to noon.

Awesome. The continental breakfast was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful and always ready to lend a hand. The location was ideal for our purposes and the are is nice. There are several good restaurants within a few steps and easy access to I5 and several other major roads.

This is the second time We have staid here. It is convnient,clean,comfortable and priced right. If you want a 5 star hotel,then pay the money for it . I get exactly what I want and pay for. I would recomend it to everybody that wants a place to stay a night or more that is nice, clean and mantained.

We stayed here while visiting our friend at OHSU. It was a GREAT place to stay. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful! The rooms were very clean and quiet, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and wireless internet. Direct TV wasn't so great, but that's a small item.

the hotel is within walking distance to mcdonalds and walgreens. The staff of this hotel is superior. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed here while daughter was in hospital and they made it a little easiet.

It is a nice place but the TV station selection and at times reception is not good so if TV is your thing then you may not like this place. Breakfast is minimal but at this price who cares. McDonald's is right next door.

We were looking for a cheap place to stay with easy access to downtown Portland. This hotel fit the bill perfectly! The gentleman that checked me in told me that the hotel recently got new carpet, pillow-top mattresses and flat-screen TVs. Both were quite nice, though the TV service was certainly not HD. Free wi-fi was pretty fast. Breakfast was pretty […] minimal - waffles, bread/bagels/english muffins, a cereal bar, and coffee, tea, and juice. Overall the hotel was in pretty good condition, the room was clean but a bit dated, the AC worked great, parking seemed pretty well-lit and secure. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but you're close to a grocery store and right next to a McDonald's and very close to a Starbucks. You can easily take the freeway up to Portland or it's a pretty straight shot on the normal streets. All in all, this is a good hotel with all the basics. This is a low cost, no frills motel. We stay there mainly because we have family very nearby. The breakfast is not very good and we tend to just get something to drink. They have made the hours they serve better recently. The desk staff is always friendly. The hotel is clean, just kind of shabby.

Very good value for the cost. Convenient to most everything. Starbucks, McDonalds, Round Table Pizza, and a Japanese restaurant all within 1/2 block. Easy off/on I-5 ramps, lots of gas stations, and even a nice sports bar not far away.

We have stayed three times in the last several months at this little gem of a hotel. I must be fair and give it a good rating but hope more people won't find it. At our September visit, it was full one night so we went elsewhere! Anyway, this is a great hotel in terms of its access to everything and price. It is kept up well. Very Nice and totally worth the reasonable price. Desk Clerk was very helpful with directions and even let us have a little later checkout due to scheduling hospital appts. at OHSU - will definitely stay with you again!!!
