I stayed two nights, there is a courtesy bus to and from airport but if arriving from international need to call to get picked up, my phone didn't work so that was a problem waited 1 hour but would have been quicker if I'd known about phoning this needs to be clearer somewhere. Also courtesy coach to the railway station again need to call to be picked […] up. A phone and no is essential for this hotel. "anniversary night out"
The Hotel was great except we could not seem to regulate the room temperature. The bed sagged in the middle and was quite uncomfortable. We did have a great experience at the hotel bar. The bartender I believe his name was Maurice, was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Great stay on multiple occassions"
Great hotel. A bit expensive mid-week. Restaurant is typically quite good. On April 30th, 2013, something was amiss in the restaurant. I was an hour getting my food. I watched at least one table leave in frustration. Wait staff was not helpful. The hotel staff at the front desk is among the most professional I've witnessed. Very close to airport.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Pros and Cons"
Cons: Buffet is pricey. Too many screaming kids in pool area. Could not use. Mattress in room was uncomfortable. Hardly any shower pressure. No safe in room. Pros: Room was very clean. "Excellent service and overall quallity"

We decided last minute, to getaway and stay overnight in a hotel with our grandchildren and to go swimming. It was difficult to find a hotel with an inside pool the Hilton Garden Inn in Chicago/O'Hare airport area had one. It was a good place for a quick stop over on my way to Jackson WY. I got a better air rate if I stayed overnight in Chicago on my way to Jackson from London; even with the cost of the room.
