Owner seems to work hard with his family. Lives on site. Has others living there too. Tried to make room better just came up short. I assume on monies. Bed was great sheets were nice. As I always say you get what you pay for. 69$ and a great bed winner. People living at property not so great.

Room met my needs, thank you. Friendly staff. There appears to be a disconnect between Expedia Booking and the Hotel. I requested and was told 'no problem' if I could have a first floor room. They had not record of that request so it was not clear who responded 'No Problem'. Luckily there was a first floor available but this could have been a real bad issue. Second, the place is advertised WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There is none...just a hotel room coffee maker. This WRONG, literally false advertising. Again, I made do but it needs to be addressed: Some is advertising a Continental Breakfast, I have the printout and it does not exist
