Generally, the hotel was okay. The bed sheet was clean but looks old and torn.

Cons- I was given a smoking room that smelt like smoke real bad (I dont mind that much, but you might) -Refrigerator just under room temp and smelt a lil funky. Other than that, I felt this hotel was worth the low price that I paid. Room service food was fast and very good. Clean bathrooms and clean rooms.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend it to anybody out there. The room was big and spacious. Everything was explained and it was quiet. Everything was close by. The room was in excellent condition.

Reception staff very unfriendly and discriminatory - preference to white people, which is very sad. Restaurant food was disappointing and overpriced. Gym in hotel needs to be updated as pictures look better than what is there. Ridiculous charges for wi-fi in room. Bathroom in room needs to be better maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and overall a very pleasant place to stay. Only one annoyance was the internet. To connect to the internet you had to go downstairs and get a printed access card with a new user/password. Access was expensive and they blocked Skype so you had to use the hotel phone. We were so impressed with this hotel and their staff. We arrived early and they were so kind to let us check in. The room was immaculate and what a fantastic view of the Dubai Creek. We will defnitely go back.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel at 3pm and expected not to have to wait for the room. Instead, we were told to have a seat since the room wasn't ready but that the wait wouln't be more than 5 minutes. One hour and a half later, we were still waiting for the room to be ready. Also, as this is a "dry" hotel, alcohol isn't available in the room mini […] bar or in any of the hotel restaurants. Although the room was comfortable, the decoration was very tacky and the AC in the room was very loud which prevented us from having a good night's sleep. VERY nice hotel, beautiful rooms, staff very helpful....business center closes at 6pm, should close at 11pm, I could not use the internet because it was always closed..... I definitively recommend this hotel, and I will come back....

Exellent Hotel and the surrounding is also good . The only improvement they should do is on the breakfast . The buffet breakfast is the same every day.

This hotel is located very close to the airport and near the Deira city centre. Room was very spacious and clean. The double bed accommodated for two adults and two kids and they even provided an extra bed. Breakfast was nice and adequate. Staff were extremely friendly. Though their check in is at 2pm they gave us a room immediately upon our arrival […] (9am). There is a free shuttle daily at 10am to the jumeira beach. The driver dropped us at the dubai mall on our request. Taxi back to hotel was only 20 dhs. Hotel has a travel desk that can arrange local tours. The dune bashing tour is a must - real fun. Kom till hotellet mitt i natten och då visar det sig att dom har inget rum tillgängligt. De erkänner att det äsom gjort fel, men trots detta inte lyckats ordna fram ett alternativt boende! Fick tillbringa 3 timmar i receptionen på att mitt rum skulle bli klart, kl 6:30. Aldrig mer detta hotell.

モールや駅に直結しているのでとても利便性がいいです。食事は普通でしたが欧州系ホテルなのでクリスマス を祝う催しがあり楽しめました。早いチェックインを受けてもらいとても助かりました。お薦めできるホテルです。

Hotel di standard molto elevato in rapporto al prezzo pagato , parcheggio gratis , colazione inclusa nel prezzo , unico neo l'hotel è "alcool free" non è possibile bere nemmeno una birra , neanche al ristorante .
