I was a nice break for 2 nights to unwind outdoor pool was open so a bonus as sun was out.

Unfortunately we were only there one night so didn't get use the spa facilities this time, definitely next time.
Great location, had lovely walk along River.
Reception staff was really very helpfull.
Enjoyed breakfast.
Love our room, especially the balcony.

Personal der Brasserie sowie des Check-out waren sehr effizient und freundlich. Hingegen beim Check-in würde es nicht schaden ein kleines bisschen Freundlichkeit zu zeigen, da dies den ersten Eindruck des Hauses prägt was äusserst schade ist.

The room was spotlessly clean and the balcony overlooking the Thames was a treat.
The breakfast in the market kitchen was delicious with plenty of food variety and fresh fruit.
We relaxed in a quality spa and the pool had lanes allowing lane swimming.
The location of the hotel was scenic with boats travelling up and down the River.
It was a delightful stay.

clean spacious room with tea and coffe machine free ware in fridge and cocklate cookies in room . Large hotel with multible bars and resturants, EV chargers on site only thing to mention is Hotel does tend to cater to a Aged Clientel.

Lovely hotel and the food was great. Only thing that was a nuisance was we only had one robe and towels were for one person only. Didn't complain but if it happened again I would contact reception. No obvious disabled parking facility which is unusual in a large hotel.

Booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool. However for the duration of our stay it was closed for scheduled maintenance ! Why were we not informed in advance or even at check in! Hotel was very good but failure to inform the pool was closed unacceptable.

Be aware. All the restaurants stop serving food at 8.30pm. So, if you come down to eat at 8.35pm you are left with zero options. The staff (who are honestly helpful) said that people often just order Just Eat or Uber Eats. So it must be a common thing. It's very odd for a hotel of this size and quality to stop entirely any hot food after 8.30pm and enough of an problem to not come back.

The Runnymede hotel is a lovely hotel by the water’s edge. It has 2 restaurants the brasseria32 with is à la carte menu and a help yourself restaurant. I’d definitely go for the latter. They both sell lovely food and are reasonably priced. The one thing I did notice is that there is little information about the amenities and if you want to know anything you are asked to ask Alexa in the room, which doesn’t always work as I asked four times about when the pool opens and it gave me pools in other places. The staff are really nice especially the man in the coffee bar who was extremely helpful and friendly. There was a lot of senior citizens there when I went although I didn’t mind too much as I’m getting on myself but it’s nice to have a mixture of people. All in all a lovely comfortable stay.

Lovely spacious room overlooking river with a patio door and Juliet balcony (outside needed a bit of a clean).
Bathroom good size, shower head placement meant I had to be touching the toiletries which wasn’t a huge issue but just a bit of thought could have corrected this very easily.
Evening meal in Brasserie 32 was £32 for 3 courses. My meal was lovely and very filling.
Breakfast was a little disappointing, limited fresh fruit.
Cooked items had been sat a while, might have been better in Brasserie.
Overall good value compared to booking directly with Warners. I saved nearly £200!

The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and in a lovely location with beautiful views. Our room was a good size and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. Before our stay, I emailed the hotel to ask about extending our checkout time and received no response. During our stay, I made further attempts to speak to someone about this but was unable to get hold of anyone who could help.
As we were staying to celebrate our anniversary, this was particularly disappointing. The early checkout time meant the end of our stay felt rushed, and the complete lack of communication from the hotel left us feeling undervalued as guests. While I understand that requests cannot always be accommodated, a response or acknowledgment would have been appreciated.
The hotel has a lot of positive qualities, but the poor communication and lack of customer service unfortunately had a negative impact on what should have been a special occasion.
