Hotel seems that it was gorgeous when first opened but could use a face lift. Pools were nice size, nice view. Room was nice size and okay view of ocean (we chose an economical room). My room was clean and tidy with a great view. The hotel is getting old and the maintenance is not great leaky taps old fittings etc. the swimming pool was great with good views. The sunbeds were a bit tatty and half the umbrellas were falling apart. The staff I found to be friendly but the service wasn't great. All in all I had a good stay but you need […] to be fit as the hotel is built on a cliff with lots and lots of steps to climb. The resort needs money to be spent on it urgently. We had a family suite (2 kids); was good size and nicely air-conditioned, although that was a bit noisy. Strangely they had only doonas on the bed (no sheets) so you had to run the air-con all night to keep it cool enough to use a doona. Great view of the bay. Lotsa stairs as its built on the side of a mountain; our building had 3 flights; no lift. There […] were about 4 flights of stairs between our building and the breakfast/pool area which made it a chore to ever return to our room, although at least they had a shuttle service on-demand for trips to/from the lobby. If you have trouble with lotsa stairs, don't stay here. They really need some escalators and lifts. The TV's were as advertised (LCD panel); they were a new-ish LG CRT, but the reception on about half the channels was poor to extremely poor. There was about 50 channels and most of them were in foreign languages (mostly Thai, some Russian and Japanese), but at least there were about 8 in English, but it was hard to see the programs on many of these channels. Think watching Le Tour de France in a blizzard. 1 of the 3 hotel restaurants wasn't open at all (low season I guess); the other two weren't that great, so we ate our evening meal in Patong mostly, and they offer a free shuttle to/from that area which is good, although the shuttle doesn't run very often. Restaurant by large pool was fine for brekky and lunch though. Nice scenic large pool with view of bay and a few smaller ones in gardens. 阅读更多信息

The room was not clean, there was afew spots of dried blood at the side of the bed. There was apile of dust between the bed and the bedside cabinet. The walls were streaky and dirty looking. The bathroom was mouldy and had dust collecting on arcutaves. The sink leaked. No lifts. we had to walk down 40 steps then up 85 steps for breakfast every morning […] until a fellow holiday maker made us aware that the shuttle bus could takeus, that was not always available. The photos of the hotel must have been from when it was first opened. The staff at breakfast were unprofessional, they seemed to lack supervision and direction. The stairwells have not been cleaned in a long time. The evidence for this was obvious as there was many spillages and blood stains. We would not go back again and would advise others to consider the amount of hills there are, it is not suitable for the eldery or people with walking difficulties. 阅读更多信息

My bad experiences with the hotel services: (1) Assistant to unlock safe-box came after calling 4 times after full 24 hours. Assistant only came after my complaint personally at the reception. (2) Left-over plates from room-service that was left outside room was only cleared after almost 1 day. (3) Water tap damaged (with water sprinkling when turn […] on) but not repaired. the place was beautiful when we arrived. wonderful staff and on the bal. shame about the smell that lingers around the outdoor reception though. the room was exactly like the pictures, and the beach was great. loved the isolated location, away from the crowds.

Used long time to check-in. Check-out is short. hotel environment is excellent. The room is very good, but the choice of breakfast is not enough and the taste is needed to improve. Shuttle bus to Patong is not enough.

Utsikten är underbar, men kackelacka på toa, sängar stenhårda, städning ej klar vid ankomst och ej bra under vistelsen där. Frukosten påminde om en skolbespisning, dynorna till solstolarna låg ute i regn och var naturligtvis mögliga. Vid utcheckningen lurades många gäster på falska notor.

他の人が書いているように最低のホテルです。チェックインは、２時間以上も黙って待たせた上、荷物は、エントランス外に置きっぱなし、部屋までの移動も何の説明もなく、問いただすと逆ギレされました。昼間は、客室全体の電源を落としているそうです。バスタブの水を抜いたらシャワーブースから逆流してきたりと。。他の部屋は、ベランダに出ても前の部屋の入り口しかない部屋もありました。

山の側面に立地しておりロビーから宿泊棟までは車での送迎が必要です 出かける時も迎えの車を呼んで山を下ります 歩くには息が切れそうは急斜面です その替わり部屋からは海が一望できて眺望は最高です パトンビーチから少し離れており不便かも。 トゥクトゥクは沢山走ってるのですが繁忙期とあって200ＢＴとぼったくりでした 食事や買い物には繁華街に何度も出掛けるには不便なホテルです

人員が少ないのか、フロント等電話してもでない。チェックアウトの際、荷物を運んでもらうようカートをお願いしたが、待っても来なかったため、自分でフロントまで運ぶこととなった。

바통바다가 보이는 뷰는 최고였습니다. 뷰 전경으로 예약을 잘했다는 생각입니다. 그러나 호텔안내 및 프론트 서비스는 평균이하였습니다. 숙소바로앞의 풀은 더위를 날릴 수 있는 곳 이었으며 레스토랑의 서비스도 괜찮았습니다. 숙소에 늦게 도착해서 룸 사용이나 배치된 우산등에 대해 설명도 제대로 없었고 숙박동안 날씨도 좋아 가져간 우산을 사용한 기회도 없었습니다. 그런데 퇴실시 우산이 하나밖에없으니 우산값을 내라는 것이었습니다. 참으로 황당한 경우라 어필하였으나 계속 변상하라는 말만 되풀이할 뿐 이었습니다. 고객을 우산이나 슬쩍하는 사람으로 모는 이런 리조트 때문에 즐거워야할여행이 망쳤습니다. 환전도 소수점이하는 생략하고 1불당 […] 28바트로만 하기도 하고 객실로 오가기 위해 차를 불러도 너무 기다리게 합니다. 이런 서비스로 인해 비추인데 리조트에서 좀 더 노력해서 나아져서 여행객들이 좋아하는 곳이 되길 빕니다. 어처구니없이 지불한 500바트도 돌려주시구요. 阅读更多信息

Fint hotell nær Patong Beach.Hotellet ligger i en bratt skråning, men det var god service med bil transport. Det var god mat i restauranten som lå ved siden av ett nydlig svømmebasseng. Kan absolutt anbefales til alle.

ホテルの規模の割には、メンテナンスの従業員数が足りないようです。 初日に、部屋内のセーフティボックスを利用しようとしたら、利用方法が見当たらず、誤ってロックしてしまいました。内線で、ロックを解除してもらおうと、オペレーターに連絡すると、「２・３分で来る」ということだったのに、一時間以上経っても来てくれなかった。 スパの予約を入れてしまったので、これ以上部屋で待てないことを伝え、スパが終わってから再度連絡を入れ、結局、夕方になってやっと対応してくれました。 この日の午後は、この件でプールサイドや、ビーチに遊びに行けなくなってしまいました。 また、翌日は、本来、１泊につき、１本フリーのミネラルウォーターが置かれるのに、置いていなかったので、それについても、連絡を入れると、「２・３分で対応 […] します。」とのことだったのに、ずっと来ないで、結局、夜に食事に行った後にようやく部屋に置かれていました。 どうも、何事にも本来のサービスを受けるのにとても待たされるイメージのホテルです。 阅读更多信息
