We absolutely loved our stay. We were right across the street from Wal-Mart, and a drug store. The staff was wonderful the room was clean and very comfortable. Everything was fine except that there seemed to be more noise than usual - almost as if there was not enough sound barriers for the rooms. There were not any unusual noises, jut other people in adjoining rooms and hall noises.

This hotel was very clean and comfortables. The beds were great. The front staff was wonderful, very helpful and understanding. We can in to be with my mother in the hospital and she gave us a great rate and was always there with a greeting when ever we walked through.

Not knowing how far we would feel like driving we didn't book at hotel until 30 minutes before stopping. We were very happy with our choice and location. The rooms are really big and the bed was so comfy. The room was super clean. We didn't eat the free breakfast because my husband wanted to eat at a local restaurant he knew of, but there were also […] a couple of restaurants in the parking lot that you could walk to if you wanted something different. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was exceptional. There was a variety of hot and cold, fruit multiple bread choices and the staff was on hand to keep things tidy and ready for the next guest.

Stayed there with the grandkids this past weekend, we really enjoyed the visit. The only bad thing I can say is that there was a weird smell at the pool. Like the trash cans were just outside the fence, wasn't terrible though.

The hotel was what I expected for its kind. Clean, friendly, nice pool, decent breakfast. All nice. Nothing outstanding but very acceptable for our overnight stay.

The staff at The Hampton Inn are helpful and courteous. The location was central to where we needed to be. The staffperson in charge of the breakfast area went above and beyond to be helpful. She is a very hard and dedicated worker, as all staff seemed to be.

Great hotel for business in Greenville. The breakfast has decent options, including fresh apples and bananas. There is a Starbucks and Chikfila next door, a definite bonus.

Because of roadwork, it is difficult to get to the property from I.H. 20. This should be a short-term problem, I would think.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would want is a bathtub although there was a very nice modern shower.

I always stay at Hampton in Greenville and whenever I travel. The staff in Greenville is by far an exemplary customer service orientated group. I always know I will be well taken care of here.

My husband and I were on a road trip and stopped at this hotel in order to avoid Dallas prices and traffic. Of the four hotels we stayed at, this was the best. The staff was knowledgeable, timely, and exceptionally friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. If you're headed for the Dallas area, definitely stay here.

I love to stay in nice hotels when ever I travel. When I go to Greenville Texas I always stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Very courteous staff, clean rooms, great bed, decent breakfast. worth the money!

I travel to Greenville for business at least quarterly. I always stay at the Hampton Inn. It is clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are decent restaurants close by.

The hotel was very nice, far enough away from I-30 that the road noise was not noticeable at all in the room. Very comfortable bed, very nice room, very quiet indeed. The hotel was nice and clean, and the room was well-appointed. The mall is nearby, as is pretty much any type of eatery you desire. Freeway construction can make it a bit tricky getting to it, but simple enough. Would definitely recommend staying here over any of the budget hotels in town.

We checked in online about 30 minutes before we arrived. Our room was ready, very clean and a welcome site after traveling all day. We would recommend The Hampton to anyone, and have! We were late for breakfast the next morning. I needed to at least drink some milk for medication. I asked when we went downstairs to check out.
