Decent hotel, but location is lacking. Staff is wonderful (gave us $20 to spend on the restaurant/bar since we got a different room than the one we reserved), and the rooms AC works great! Only real complaint is that it’s on a pretty busy street that our room was on and it had a lot of noise that kept me up in the early hours of the morning. We were stranded there for the night due to the storms hitting the islands in March 2026, and it was a good accommodation for the price and nearness to Waikīkī Beach.

Overall very good hotel and stay, great location perfect for families or those on vacation. Lotta costs but comes with the territory since it’s Hawaii resort costs parking etc can’t really blame the hotel comes with travel to Hawaii similar to Vegas. They make all their money off travel tourism etc but loved our room, the pool, service etc there was a piece of gum on our carpet when we got in that’s the only thing I can point at that wasn’t great

They only addressed the door and it was still broken-temporary fix. By the time this was all done we were almost finished with our trip before they offered us to move rooms. The building is older, and while some renovation efforts are evident, the rooms, hallways, and entrance areas are not maintained to a satisfactory standard. Housekeeping services are minimal; while garbage is removed, little additional cleaning appears to be done. The hotel’s location is convenient (you must walk 5-10 minutes to the beach), but it is quite noisy. You get what you paid.
