Ice suites are amazing and well worth seeing, as is ice bar. Actually sleeping there though is not a goods night sleep but is definitely an experience.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon but are a little disappointed that some members of staff were not as helpful as they could be. We were also disappointed after spending a lot of money on a room we had to pay for coffee.

Fantastic destination to come and stay for the night. We only stayed in the ice section of the hotel and what an adventure. No nights spent in the warm accommodation but heard from others that it is nice.

Amazing hotel with magnificent ice sculptures positioned right on the Torne river. Not much in the small town except 2 hotel restaurants and a small shop. Very cold in ice room- would recommend staying one night only!

The entire experience was most enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the food and service at the restaurant and the opportunity to view the icehotel rooms and bar. Our experience was made all the more memorable when we witnessed the NOrthern lights, too.

Stayed in a snow room at -5 C a fantastic experience - everything is very well thought out and the facilities are very good with plenty of areas to warm up in, and seeing the Northern Lights from the roof was just amazing. Restaurant very pricy but the food was very good.

This was my second visit to the Ice Hotel. A truly one-of-a-kind experience to sleep in the Ice Hotel. It was literally 20 below zero F outside during my stay, but the hotel was a nice 20 degrees above zero F inside. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and warm. Slept great. One-of-a-kind experience to stay in the Ice Room. Everything rather overpriced! Food expensive too and only two restaurants for dining (all part of the Ice Hotel).

The hotel was great, services nice, staff very friendly and helpful. It is very useful to ask for assistance, we did not book free-time events in advance but managed to try everything we wanted, even got good advices from the staff like feed reindeers at the and of the village. We liked the snowmobile trip and the dog sleds as well. No need to book […] the bus transfer in advance, they are at the airport and manage the transfer quickly and flexible. Expect that the restaurant is full in the evening, it is worth to go there and book a table during the day. Note that the hotel is open through the day and you can go in every room and make photos. We stayed in a northern light suite. It is worth to ask for the boots for the night even if you have your own as the hotel ones do not feel cold in the morning. I recommend to take individual sleeping bags, the double ones are not that comfortable (you should get in and stay still). My opinion is that it is more worth to get the warm accommodation and check out the cold rooms, sleeping in -5 is tough. The ice bar is very lovely, we were there on Valentine's day. Saknade mer aktiviteter t.ex spa,spel, bar med smörgås snacks mm. Relaxavd hade varit bra. Ökad renlighet på de offentliga toaletterna efterfrågades.

部屋が広くて快適でした。暖かい部屋の題目通り、とっても暖かく、川の水も常に飲料用で飲める状態に設置してあります。受付の人も、オーロラが出たら、夜中でも電話して起こしてくれると言ってくれ、安心しました。電話が急な冷え込みで壊れたらしく、部屋の電話は故障していたものの、戸を叩くと言ってくれました。あいにく天気が悪くオーロラは見れなかったものの、アイスホテルをたくさん見て、犬ぞりも本当に良かったです。

Superbe expérience, à savoir les activités sont bcp plus chères en passant par l'hotel. Petit dej complet, resto le soir obligatoire sur place un peu cher mais de qualité. A conseiller et pas de crainte on dort très bien !!!!

２０１２年１月中旬んい新婚旅行でアイスホテルに１泊しました。泊まったのはアイススイートの部屋。ランクは中間ぐらい。一番安いのがアイスルーム、スノールーム、中間あがアイススイート、その上がアートスイートでした。 氷の上にマットが敷いてありその上にトナカイの毛皮がしかれ、その上にー１５℃対応の寝袋を敷いて寝ます。 着るものは上はヒートテックの下着→セーター→フリース。下は厚いもこもこタイツ、ユニクロの暖パン。＋くつ下をはきました。 寒かったのは足先だけ。もともと末端冷え症なので、仕方ないかな、と。 体が寒いということはありませんでした。 アイススイートは確かに彫刻などもあり素敵な部屋でしたが、寝る部屋は一番ランクの低い部屋でもよかったかな、と。 宿泊者は宿泊当日無料で全ての部屋を見学 […] できるし、中は寒いので、寝るまでは通常の建物のロビーで過ごしたので、部屋に起きてずっといる、ということはありませんでした。 デラックスアートスイートぐらいなら泊まる価値はあるかもしれませんが、アイススイートだったらスノールームやアイスルームでもよかったかな、と思いました。 日中の見学だけでも十分楽しめます。氷の中で寝る経験をしてみたい方は泊まってみてもいいと思います。 阅读更多信息

athypique et inoubliable!!!! je conseille fortement le transfert aéroport/hotel en chiens de traineaux, c'est vrai que c'est cher mais cela vaut le coup!!! Séjour inoubliable: accueil et services irréprochables. Les hôtesses sont à l'écoute et dévouées. Les acivités annexes telles que sortie en motoneige sont très appréciables et permettent de découvrir les environs ! Une nuit dans une chambre à 5°c pour ma part me suffit, juste pour le fun ! 天井に窓がついているシャレーに滞在しました。アイスルームではありません。しかし正解だったと思います。何故ならアイスルームは観光客に解放されている都合上、PM7時まで部屋に入れず、レセプション付近で時間をつぶすしかありません。シャワーもトイレも共同で部屋の外にしかありません。 シャレーはお値段は高いですが、同じ敷地内なので、深夜や早朝にもアイスホテルを見ることができますし、アイスバーも利用できます。 シャレーは大変快適です。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポット、食器が備わっています。バスタブはありませんが、共同シャワー場所へ行けば、サウナも利用できますし、コート&スノーブーツも無料レンタルできます。 せっかくKirunaまで行くのなら、絶対にアイスホテルに滞在することをおすすめします。周りには何もな […] いので、ゆったり自然を満喫できます。ただ、環境保全を謳ってるわりに自然を破壊している間も否めませんが・・・。 また、アクティビティも総じて高めの値段設定です。でも、すごく思い出になりました。 阅读更多信息
