Well I got the room because of the indoor pool hot tub, I called ahead of time before I made my reservation. I asked if the pool was open. I was told yes, so I booked the room same day. When I arrived I was told the pool room was closed due to remodeling.

The rooms and staff were great. There was no breakfast and the indoor pool not accessible(kids disappointed) and elevators stopped working not something I expected but things happen. They were under new management and changes which understandable. There working on it.

The hot tub was out of service. Only reason i picked this hotel. Room was nice tv was out dated for the room. Coffee pot had white stuff all in it so we didnt used it. Sink stopped wouldnt work and when we lifted it, it was dirty. Other than that it was quite, room was cozy, they did come take stopped out and clean it and brought another coffee pot. Wish they offered breakfast for the price.

The staff was great. The rooms were nice and big. The air conditioner was broken and had to change rooms at 1am. The sauna, steam room and hot tub were broken the only working ice machine and laundry were on the first floor. Most of the exercise equipment was broken and my wife and daughter got stuck in the elevator and had to make an emergency call.

Dishwasher was leaking and full of water. Staff was so sweet and great. Hot tub didn’t work pool was freezing microwave was broke. Gym was right in front of everyone and some equipment broke, sauna broke outside hot tub out of order. Wish I asked for a refund simply do to us staying because of the pool and hot tub and not getting nor being able to use either due to it being freezing
