The 2 bedroom condo was not very clean. The master bedroom carpet had a huge dirty spot at the entrance, had what looked like blood on the bathroom door, the floor smelled of urine once wet, the outside of the toilet bowl hadn’t been cleaned. The blinds leading to the balcony from the living room were missing some blades preventing privacy. The dining room table had some type of red sauce on the edges. Had to use my own Lysol spray and wipes to feel somewhat comfortable. I have used this hotel several times in the past and never experienced such filth. I will never use them again!!

The game room was the best. We went for my fiancés birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Appliances and bathroom slightly outdated but other than that no complaints!!!

Hotel was nice enjoyed our stay but the amenities were a little lacking. The indoor pool and hot tub was closed due to renovation. Only outdoor pool and hot tub were available and it was a little chilly to be swimming outdoors.

Horrible indoor pool was closed the whole stay over crowded and no room service floors was nasty room was very filthy had to sleep on blankets I had to buy from Walmart in order to go bed in a hard mattress. Worse experience I’ve ever had in my life!! Would never recommend this place to any one I wouldn’t even let a homeless person stay here!!

We seen roaches crawling on the wall,and floor. Other than that, the room was a little clean the ice maker on the fridge needed to be cleaned out, there were some ice that came out and had black particles in it. Most motels have coffee with the coffee makers this one didn't. And the front office is so far you would have to drive up there just to get some coffee packets. Staff seem a little up tight. Not to many of them were not friendly at all. But the view was amazing 😍 in the room and approaching the resort 💗. They just have a few things to work on
