Hotel has no staff after 10 pm. should use the express check-in machine at the entrance gate. i didn't see any notice to inform the guests. you will be very lucky if the machine is loaded with key cards. No reply if you call the hotel number. otherwise go to Novotel hotel located 500 meters away.

The hotel was reasonable, however as we arrived late we had to book in using the automated book in system, this wouldn't let me check in unless I purchased breakfast, I did manage to get a refund in the morning but could have done without the agro.

Great value hotel; and excellent condition and facilities - for the price. The room was clearn and had a good shower. There was even a TV (although we arrived too late and left to early to want to use that). The location, just north of Paris, is ideal for an evening trip across the Channel, followed by an overnight stop before heading early start first […] thing in the morning. While the hotel is clean and modern, we had some significant problems. First, there was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived late in the evening to check in. There were two other groups standing outside the main entrance with us who were facing the same situation. The "emergency" number posted on the front door was useless as it went to voice […] mail. Fortunately there is an automatic check-in machine for after hours check-ins. The problem was that the machine did not function perfectly and you had to buy breakfast for it to print out a key. Once we figured that out, we got a key. The problem was that we had reserved and paid for a bedroom with four beds (although only really needing two) and the machine assigned us a bedroom with one bed. This was a problem that could not be corrected as it was late and nobody was available to address it. They agreed to refund the $5 cost for breakfast but would do nothing about the fact that we did not get the room we had paid for. There is no telephone service available in any of the rooms or in the reception area. The WiFi service was too slow to allow Internet phone calls. The receptionist was not happy when I didn't want to pay for his "services" to call an airport taxi.

None of the receptionists spoke anything other than French despite their website saying they had a multi-lingual staff. They were not able to get me a cab in the morning for 2 hours despite their websites bragging about being so close and convenient to the airport. Because of this I missed a very important flight. This hotel was absolutely amazing, we stayed two nights, it was clean, quiet and secure. we were that impressed that en route back to England 7 days later we stayed for another night. 40 mins from Disneyland Paris, fantastic value, we stayed in a room for 4 cant say enough positives. would definitely stay there again

Hôtel très calme, propre. Le personnel à l'accueil est super sympa, et surtout très professionnel . Les restaurants aux alentours sont assez nombreux, il manquerait un établissement où on puisse prendre un café, tisane le soir après le repas.

Efficiënte kamer, prettig met een eigen zeer schone badkamer. Hotel staat binnen een hekwerk en dus ook de auto's. Hotel ligt op een bedrijventerrein. Personeel sprak alleen Frans.

Personnel aimable et bon accueil. J'ai eu droit à une chambre handicapée, ce qu est dommage pour la salle de bain. Par contre il est vrai que la chambre est large et pratique. La clim est un peu bruyante. Position pratique par rapport à Paris

Hotel was netjes, ontbijt goedkoop en goed voor Franse begrippen. Ondanks dat niet gerookt mocht worden was er wel in de kamer gerookt dat was het enige minpuntje maar daar kan hotelier ook niet direct iets aandoen. Kamer goed doorgelicht en klaar is Kees.\

Het verblijf was prima. De kamer was supernetjes, de badkamer ook. Prima douche. We hadden een familiekamer en dat was netjes opgelost. Het ontbijt stelt niets voor, stokbrood , cake en droge (lees toast) boterhammen. Weinig beleg. Dat was jammer, maar dat was dan ook goedkoop ontbijt. Het was wel heel warm op de kamer.

Apres une nuit à l'hôtel des trois hiboux du Parc Astérix, très moyen, agréable nuit dans cet hôtel tout neuf avec chambre familiale, très propre,accueil sympathique,bien placé, tout ca pour un tout petit prix... Bref, notre seul regret : n'avoir pas séjourné dans cet hôtel pour notre nuit précédente!!!

Hotel très bien placé pour aller au parc Astérix. Bien entretenu. Un mc do et un buffalo grill (à éviter, deux heures à attendre un plat!) juste à côté. Seul bémol pour l'hôtel, au petit déjeuner: le 1er jour, rupture de pain.....le 2ème jour, plus de beurre, plus de yaourts,...

Tres bien sauf la reservation enligne de notre chambre pour 4. Il a fallu rajouter un supplement a l'arrivee car plus de chambres comme celle reservee, et plusieurs clients ds ce cas. Dommage . Neanmoins personnel tres sympa .

Hotel flambant neuf et propre, c'est plutôt calme. la chambre est confortable et propre à part une drôle d'odeur dans la salle de bain. la literie est bonne, j'ai dormi comme un bébé, un parking aux nombreuses places, petit dej sympa pour même pas 5€. bref si je dois retourner dans ce coin je pense réserver à nouveau cet hotel. nous avions une chambre […] avec 3 lits simples (dont un en hauteur), pratique quand on fait un week end entre copines :) 阅读更多信息

Hôtel ouvert récemment (très bonne literie, meubles qui sentent encore le neuf) très propre. A 5 mn en voiture du parc Asterix. Personnel d'accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner suffisamment diversifié. Bref, adresse à privilégier pour petit budget

Hotel neuf et chambre spacieuse par rapport à d'autre hôtel de la même enseigne . Emplacement idéale à côté de plusieurs restaurant ou l'on peut se rendre à pied. Pizzeria, grill, restauration rapide ...au choix. Idéale si l'on veux passer une ou deux nuits à côté du parc Astérix à moindre coup.

Bon acceuil dans ce bel hotel flambant neuf (avec ascenseur). Le prix du petit dej n'était pas mentionné sur le site mais les 4.50 € par adulte et 2.50 € par enfant (moins de 10 ans) ont été bien digérés. Pour le repas du soir, le Campanil à 10 mètres fut bien pratique.
