A very central location, near bus station and train station. I didnt interact with staff very much, but did not find them particularly friendly. The room was a reasonable size and comfortable. On 2 nights out of 3 I was woken up more than once between midnight and 2am by noise from other guests. It appears to be a coach parties hotel. The breakfast was not one of the best. Cheap sausages and overcooked thin bacon. A limited choice of breakfast items, e.g..no yoghurt or cheese, or rolls. Just a production line for the coach parties.

The staff was wonderful. The bar and its food was great. However when we tried to check in we could not find a spot to unload.The 3 spots were full. So we found a car park 3 blocks away and walked to the hotel. When we checked in we had to walk 3 blocks back to the car and get our luggage and wheel it to t he hotel. The Guardia should be giving tickets. It was a no parking zone and those csrs were there for hours. 2 white cars and a vehical that was red and white and had printing on it.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The hotel is noticeably dated and in need of renovation. While the staff was pleasant, the room itself was not as clean as it should have been. The carpet was stained, had an unpleasant odor, and gave the room an overall unclean feel. The furnishings and décor also appeared worn and overdue for updating. With some investment in renovations and improved housekeeping standards, this property could be much more enjoyable. At its current condition, it did not provide the level of comfort we were expecting.

Gångavstånd till stan och några minuters promenad från busstationen(ligger på samma gata). Fick bra information vid ankomsten. Rummet hade det som behövdes. Fönstret hade inte så bra ljudisolering men öronproppar hjälpte. Mörkläggande gardiner, värmeelement. Skön säng och kuddar. Frukost med varm mat. Har inte besökt Spa men fick information om det vid incheckningen. Kunde även lämna resväskan i några timmar efter utcheckningen.

Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse på hotellet. Rummet var stort med en stor bekväm säng och utsikt mot floden. Rent och snyggt, visst var inredningen kanske lite gammaldags men rummet var mycket trivsamt. Skönt säng med fina sänglinne och stort badrum. Inget kylskåp men det har inget hotellrum haft på Irland. Ligger till tillgängligt i Waterford och gratis parkering i ett parkeringshus bakom. Man får instruktíner vid incheckning och parkeringsbiljett auktoriserad vid avresa av receptionen. Man kan parkera mittemot hotellet vid ankomst och sedan flytta bilen efter incheckning. Personalen var mycket informativa och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var helt ok med flingor och sedan varma alternativ. Hotellet ligger ca 5-10 minuter från centrum och Vikingatriangeln. Puben intill hördes inte upp på rummet, däremot så var det störande med stegen från rummet ovanför vårt rum. Vi bodde på våning två och det var lyhört från våning tre, speciellt på natten..Annars var vår vistelse mycket bra.

Excellent location in the heart of Waterford. Had to park a little distance away and the multi storey had no working lifts since Aldi moved. We could cope but this could be an issue for less mobile individuals.
