I really enjoyed my stay because of how friendly staff was! The walls were thin between rooms and it was difficult to get to parking, especially when guests checking in blocked the way to the lot. Other than that I feel this was a great place for families to stay that is affordable and conveniently located near the MCRD at Parris Island.

Parking was 100 Staff were 100 and Staff was super helpful only bad part was the owners negligence of their staff and property staff was over worked out manned and had nothing in their favor pool was dirty and ill managed and hot tub also cold had to get the warmers put on mold everywhere no working ventilation in bathroom the air conditioning was all molded up you could smell it through out the property there was even a guest who worked for the NY building inspectors who had threatened to get the property shut down what’s crazy is that they make money off of all the friends and Family of USMC and all other Military in the Area and they don’t take care of their property again staff was very good and helpful the people to Blame are the Property owners or management team staff can only work with what they got

Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. Our room was not clean and had a strong odor. We even bought air freshener spray, but it didn’t help. The refrigerator was also filthy. The hot tub was also out of service, and staff told us the necessary part was on the way, but it never arrived. The hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. After learning it wasn’t working, I asked if our room at least included the large jet bathtub, and I was told that it did. However, when we got to the room, it did not. I went back to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, and I was even willing to pay the additional charge, but they said no rooms with the large bathtub were available. In addition, our room appeared to be handicap accessible, as there was a shower chair in the bathroom. The window coverings were also an issue — while the sheer curtains closed completely, the solid curtains only covered half of each side, leaving the center of the window exposed. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
