We choose the hotel from the internet and found the hotel to be everthing we had hoped and more. The hotel staff were brilliant and nothing was to much trouble for them. The hotel rooms and public areas have a taste of elegance and are clean tidy and welcoming, and the food served in the restaurant is wonderful and negates the need to go out to eat. "Restful, attractive, small hotel with big welcome"
Generally a lovely tranquil setting with a pretty garden and decent sized rooms with attractive decor. Delightful main lounge. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food quality at dinner was very good and very good choice of wines. People walking in room above our room [4], was at times very loud. Bathroom could do with a fresh coat of paint […] and shower water went over floor.
