这个酒店非常不错。我们一家4个大人1个小孩，预定的是2间海景豪华房，不知什么原因，入住时酒店免费给我们升级到了带游泳池、靠沙滩边的泳池海景豪华房，哇噻！太棒了！住了4个晚上，感觉非常不错。第4个晚上还目睹了别人的沙滩婚礼，真是太浪漫了，由于酒店沙滩有人打理，很干净，真是很不错的酒店。

沙滩的垃圾很糟糕，甚至发现了针，到处是塑料，没有沙滩清洁设备。食物很美味，工作人员很热情周到。前台接待员不懂英文，只有一个衣橱。刚到房间，厕所就堵塞了。清洁员没有做过彻底的清洁工作。

今年九月/十二月，我们在安达曼白沙滩度假村度过了完美的12天蜜月之旅。我们住在一个二十四小时可用的泳池别墅。另外，有个每日免费迷你吧。早餐品种很多，餐费已经包含在房费里。每天下午在游泳池边都有热带水果提供。工作人员都很友好和乐于助人。我们还可以在房间使用WiFi，这本来应该只可以在公共区域使用，让我们很惊喜。我们真的想不出住在这里有不愉快，它是一个小天堂，我们几乎不愿意走了，我们花大部分的时间在游泳池或者在海里游泳，在餐厅享用美食，很开心。我们再去住的。

如果你去过普吉岛，并且想知道是否有这样一个地方：美好，安静，私人沙滩，不介意就在太阳椅上休息，那这里很适合你。步行10分钟就可以到达Nai Ton海滩，你可以发现泰国美食，便宜美味！如果你想的话，可以租个脚踏车，去海边踏浪。躲避喧嚣嘈杂的好去处。

We loved our stay at this resort. Its a beautiful resort in a beautiful spot. We had a seaview room which was lovely, and quite spacious, with (surprise surprise) a great seaview. If you look closely the maintenance of the room is not 100% but not enough to affect our stay - and if you report something they are quite quick to address it. The pool area […] is great, (right next to the beach and particularly stunning at night) as is the private beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although not all speak great English - they try. They had lots of nice touches, free fruit in the early evening, bringing you out a complimentary freshly squeezed fruit juice to you if you were by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon, a free cocktails and nibbles night on the beach one night - all done with a smile. Facilities were good and the food excellent at all the resort restaurants. We especially loved the beach bar, what a cool place to eat, day or night, and a happy hour for drinks each night (buy one get one free). The resort prices are not dirt cheap, but good value - especially if you compare them to what you would pay at a similar resort in Australia or many other parts of the world (about half the price). Surprisingly, the prices of restaurants (on the beach) at the nearby little town of Nai Thon were not that much cheaper and usually not as good - although it's nice to go there for a change. Set on a nice sandy private beach, this resort has a lot of potential. However, it falls short in a number of areas. After staying in many much cheaper hotels in Thailand, we splurged on this one and despite the higher cost and supposed 'luxury', we found it a disappointment compared to the other hotels we stayed at. It looks great in the pics but was […] cheaply constructed. The 'stone' in the bathroom is really just a bunch of poorly glued feax stone plastic panels. The shower curtain seemed like an afterthought Wal-Mart purchase and was actually outside the shower opening, causing water to run out across the bathroom floor with every shower. Our first room didn't lock and the management hassled us about wanting to change rooms. And your own can of roach/bug bomb is part of the room orientation when you arrive (at first we thought we had misheard the bellboy when he explained how we might have to bug bomb our own room - fortunately it wasn't needed during our short stay). The front desk staff took 30 minutes to find our reservation and generally seemed annoyed to be serving guests but the restaurant staff was nice and the food was pretty good. A fantastic location if you want to get away from it all to a private secluded beach that only services this resort. Not the place to stay if you want to get out amongst it & experience the nightlife, however. We spent 8 nights at Kata Beach before coming here for 4 nights prior to leaving - which is excellent as a very handy 15 mins to airport. Was […] wonderfully relaxing & had the secluded feeling that we wanted after the buzz of Kata. We had a unit with a private pool which was totally incredible, although the beach is amazing also. The unit inside was lovely, although perhaps the toilet & shower were a little dated if I'm being picky. The room was serviced wonderfully however. Great experience, they think of all the little things to make your holiday special and relaxing. overall the food and drinks were good. The area does result in a higher priced holiday ie: food and taxis but you can still find cheaper alternatives if you looked. The resort is beautiful and the views of the ocean from the rooms was spectacular. the beach […] itself had a small amount of litter washed up to the beach but was cleaned intermittently by staff. The large drain that runs water from the hotel to the beach did spoil a small section of the view from the beach. The restaurant food wasnt always consistent and possibly as a result of different chefs? We had some really lovely food then a few meals that let us down. 15 minute walk away was Nai Thon which really didnt have anything much except several massage places and a few small shops and an ok beach. Here we hired a scooter for 7 days at an ok rate. 20 minutes away was chengtalay/Laguna with some good restaurants ie: Siam supper club, chaba for great Thai and several good bars. This is a fantastic boutique resort with all rooms overlooking the sea, great when waking up in bed to the sound of the waves. Some wear and tear was present but nothing that I wouldn't expect from a beach side resort. The breakfast buffet wasn't as extensive as in other hotels but this didn't matter to us, the food was always excellent. Especially […] the fish dishes in the evening, they were simply divine! The major problem was that we couldn't swim at all! The waves were so large that for the majority of our 6 night stay that we were left sunbathing on the great beach while staring at the sea. There are two life guards present on the private beach along with a sign saying "Do Not Swim". At high tide the waves could reach up to 4 meters high, great for boogie boarding but not for a pleasant swim. This was a huge let down for us as getting away to swim in the sea was what we really wanted. We watched many families and other couples arrive only to see their faces drop at the sight of "Do Not Swim". The manger said that you could only swim between November to April but there is no mention of this on their website so be careful when booking. If you want to stay in Phuket during the low season, make sure you stay on the east side of the island!!! 阅读更多信息

Loved the beachfront pool upgrade we received. Fantastic location and beautiful beach. It was expensive but we enjoyed our stay. Service generally good and very cheerful. Breakfast was very good and the young waiters were very bright and cheerful. We tried all three restaurants on site but only the poolside one was worth going back to. Other Negatives: […] No bell-boy available to take our luggage to the room when we arrived. Rooms need more maintenance - our pool was rather green, the lights on the steps down to the pool did not work and the sliding door to our patio kept getting stuck. The flyscreen door to the room almost fell apart. It took more than one request to get the pool cleaned and the lights fixed. Toiletries not replenished (a half used botttle of body lotion was there when we arrived) At these 5 star prices, better maintenance and service response is expected. It is located a bit remote from other areas but we had hired a car so that was not a problem for us. Lovely beach and usually safe for swimming. Despite the fact that we had a great amount of rain, this was one of the best holidays I have ever had. Wherever we went, the staff were so willing to help and were always smiling. We had a beach fron villa with a lap pool which was superb and the outdoor shower was also good. Whilst there, we celebrated our wedding anniversary by having a special seafood […] barbeque cooked for us by our own chef at our villa. Unfortunately it was raining very hard and then the wind started to blow. Despite this, the meal was amazing and the food perfect. Wir waren 4 Nächte im Andaman White Beach und ich kann es nur weitermepfählen. Die Leute da sind sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer und einem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.

Dejligt "getaway", smuk voksenstrand og skøn udsigt fra hotellet. Vi var faktisk rigtig tilfreds med det hele og synes hotellet var det bedste af tre på vores tur. Men der er lidt langt til det meste, bortset fra lufthavnen.

Eine Super Lage, eine wunderschöne Anlage. Jede Stelle im Resort ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Zur Regenzeit empfehlen wir ein Zimmer mit Pool, damit man dIeses traumhafte Ambiete restlos genießen kann. Der nächste Ort liegt 1km entfernt, dort kann man günstig essen, eine Strandbar aufsuchen, seine Wäsche günstig waschen lassen sowie kleinere Einkäufe […] tätigen. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist es das teure Essen im Hotel selbst (deutsche Verhältnisse), bei der Lage wäre eine Halbpansion von Vorteil, wird aber leider nicht angeboten. Menschen mit einem sehr leichten Schlaf könnten es ebenfalls schwer haben, denn das Meer ist sehr laut ;-) geschätzte Entfernung von einer Beachsuite ca 10m und von einem Standartzimmer ca 30m. Näher kann man nicht am Strand sein, welcher übrigens ein Privatstrand ist. Keine nervigen Verkäufer, keine Reservierung von Liegen durch andere Urlauber, da immer genügend vorhanden sind. 家族で行ったのですが、全室に大きめの屋外ジャグジーバスがあったり、ベッドも大きめでテラスからは海が見れて、プライベートビーチは広くゆったりと白い浜がどこまでも続く、とてもいいホテルです。 残念なのはサービス？ リクエストには中々答えが返ってこず、レストランは時間通り開かず、シャワールームは排水穴が高く水がたまりっぱなしで．．．隅々まで行きとどいているとは言えませんが、そこはタイ。まぁのんびり過ごすにはこの位のほうがいいのかもしれません。決して腹立たしいレベルではなく、まぁちょっと待つかっていう気になれるレベルです。

che dire? questo posto non ha un difetto.. camere spaziose con vista mozzafiato, personale competente e disposto a risolvere qualsiasi problema, spiaggia privata con gazebo separati per una privacy totale. Piscina molto grande. Cucina Thai ottima e.. pizzaiolo italiano!

　今回はビーチフロントプールヴィラを予約してましたが、無料でアップグレードしてくれていました。 　ホテル内はよく手入れがされていて、本当にキレイでした。レストランも安く、おいしくて感激でした。 　毎日４時にはプールサイド、ビーチサイドで無料のドリンクサービスがあります。フレッシュジュースを運んでくれます。 　そして５時からはフルーツサービス。 好きなフルーツを好きなだけ食べられます。 マリンスポーツグッズ（　ボディーボード、シュノーケリングセット、カヌー）は無料。 従業員もいつも笑顔で奉仕してくれます。 　そして、林さんという日本人スタッフも常駐しているので、英語が苦手な方でも安心ですよ。 小さなプライベートビーチですが、ビーチにマッサージプレイスがありました。 スパだと高いけど、そこだと４ […] ００バーツ。 １時間弱、丁寧にマッサージしてくれました。 　カクテルもおいしかったし、とても快適なホテルでした。 阅读更多信息

パトンまでホテルから毎度タクシーを使わなくてはいけない所が不便で片道４０分ですがパトンから離れている為完全なプライベートビーチのあるホテルでサービスも最高で食事もおいしかったです。

Tanto las instalaciones de hotel como el personal son excelentes. Sólo son 50 habitaciones Tiene una playa playa privada bastante amplia. Comida variada en varios restaurantes. Está aislado de todo (ventaja o incoveniente según convenga). A menos de 15 minutos del aeropuerto. Nosotros nos encontramos muy agusto.

Hôtel sympa et très agréable . Personnel serviable et très professionnel . La nourriture est bonne malgré les prix un peu élevé et le ptit déj est nickel ...Seul hic, on est assez loin de tout et la moindre course en ville est facturée un peu chère pour du dépannage ...
