Excellent location right by Tokyo Station, the staff were friendly, and the room was very quiet and made good use of limited space. We ate breakfast in the restaurant one morning and the food was so fresh, a great selection of options.

A lovely hotel and view. Access to laundry was clutch and the lobby Tokyo train set was a hit with my son. Also it was really cute that they gave him a kids amenities bag with slippers. The bed was comfy too. Staff holding on to our luggage last day was equally helpful.

The hotel was in a great location attached to Tokyo Station eliminating another train after returning on the Shinkansen. Be warned the lobby /reception is on the 27th floor so google maps will say ‘you’ve arrived’ but you need to go inside the building and go to level 27 to check in… lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean amenities and lots of places in and around Tokyo station to eat, drink and shop. I probably wish this was our first Tokyo stop and not last. Would stay again. Walking distance to Ginza too.
