We had a great stay at Ovolo. Great location on the doorstep to Chinatown and adjacent a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants. Friendly hotel staff eager to recommend dining establishments and hard to find bars. The hotel did offer free wine and beer in the room fridge, which we originally found appealing but then always being out never got around […] to drinking. The only downfall in the room was the size of the bathroom sink (tiny!) and not having a bathroom bench to put anything on. Also, the sink looked really dirty at the drainage slot (no plug) the sink being of plastic and not ceramic material. Free wifi was great. Free breakfast consisted of muffins and danish's. It was no trouble extending our checkout to a later time. The room decor is true to the pictures, although the pictures suggest a spa on the roof which we found out was only available if you book the top storey 2-bedroom room. Would stay here again. 阅读更多信息

This is a fantastic boutique hotel in a great part of Melbourne's CBD. All that is on offer in Melbourne seems like only a short walk away. The little that touches that Ovolo provide make the stay so enjoyable and ensure that we'll be back.

I have stayed at Gordon heights before but this time was a disappointment. Check in was fast but the room was below what I have previously experienced. Excellent hotel in great location in main Melbourne City. Facilties very good, staff marvellous. We stayed for 10 nights it was just what we wanted. Room well serviced, good pool area, sheltered, excellent BBQ area for meals in. Interesting building historic site.

Hotel is very clean and is conveniently located at the quiet end of a busy street in China town. So we just need to walk a short block to get to all the great restaurants but still be able to enjoy a quiet rest in the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful who even recommended ways to save on parking.

Comfortable hotel in a central location. I had one of the street view rooms which was very noisy. The rooms are small, but the bed very comfortable and the the room clean. Not a room you coud spend a lot of time in due to size but good just the same . Staff Pleasant. Check in was across the road in the other building but the road is narrow .
