this is the third time staying at this hotel. overall everything is great. My oly complaint this time is, we had a family staying in the two rooms next to us and they were running in tha halls and slamming doors all night. this of course is no fault of the hotel. we will return again next year!!

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was trendy and comforting. My room was clean and exactly as advertised. My bed was comfortable. Quite good for sleeping. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I had an amazing experience.

I've been to this hotel many times, but it's teh first time I got a room in the back of the hotel, near the garbage container...so if you can, ask for a room located in the front of the hotel.

Great location for resurants and shopping. Located right in the middle of an outlet mall. Room is set up well with place to work. Internet seemed to be high speed. If you like coffee in the room you may not like the fact that you must buy the coffee from the front desk.

Our room was really, really small... There was visible pipes on the ceiling, which was not nice to see... The shower was not warm even if we turn it to the hottest possible... The bed was hard on the back... My husband and I were really disappointed

We enjoyed our stay at the Alt. The room was very basic, modern and clean lines and a bit smaller than what we are used to for our travels. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance which was nice. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Def. edgy and trendy not "old" Montreal looking. It is located near a shopping meca with several decent restaurants. It is outside of the city - but love this place none the less.

Modern, contemporary design. The only draw back was that everything, including coffee for the coffee maker in the room was extra.

The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is located in an expansive shopping district with a variety of high end shops. This does, however, make it slightly hard to find amidst the many small streets mixed with parking areas. Overall, it was a great stay.

I was traveling to Quebec on business and needed a stay for one night. This Hotel, ALT Hotel Quartier Dix30 was a nice surprise. It was a great setting for a hotel with every type of shopping and restaurant available all in walking distance.

The Alt was a huge surprise. The decor - very modern. The rooms, small but both modern and quite comfortable. The view - very cool. The area - STUPENDOUS! Great food, variety of pricing, excellent shopping, theater access, etc. I went as a business traveler - we had 3 rooms and all three of us rave about the accommodations. We don't speak french but […] the staff is multilingual. Didn't try the breakfast, can't comment but the bar area is quaint and nice enough for a quick nightcap. I have every intention of staying there again for business and will probably go stay there with my wife on a weekend get away. Oh, btw, the parking situation is phenomenal. We stayed with my wife at the hotel for two nights over the New Year. The hotel has modern design and clean. Staff is very polite and always responsive. Still there few things we didn't like. There was no cofee/tea maker, neither coffee or tea bags. The only device they had is espresso machine. I have been staying on business at the Alt since it opened. My business is on the South Shore and before the hotel was built I used to stay in the boutique hotels on the island and put up with the commute across the busy bridges. Now I have no excuse. The Alt is a no frills but chic boutique hotel - the rooms are small and low maintenance - but very […] comfortable. The beds and showers are where they have invested their money - and they invested very wisely - I love both. They are eco friendly too which is another good reason for staying there. The staff are the best and very helpful. You should note that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant - but does have an amazing breakfast place next door and is surrounded by restaurants of different levels in the Dix 30 complex some of which offer delivery - which is the same as room service. Actually not having a restaurant doesn't seem to be much of a disadvantage at all! The location is great for me - just minutes away and it would be okay for Montreal Island providing you are not travelling during the rush hour - but they have closed the Mercier Bridge and the Champlain is now a disaster - it took 75 minutes to cross. Everything in the Hotel was FANTASTIC. Except for one little thing. The toilet it self has been mounted TOO HIGH. When I sat on it, my feet could barely touch the ground. The lack of breakfast options within the hotel was surprising, you can collect a "breakfast to go" box for a reasonable price but this was often low on sotck and by 7:00 one morning had sold out. nice modern hotel,very well designed compact room,a very comfortable bed pristine white,and a lovely avant-garde bathroom. nothing being ever perfect,there is a Keurig coffee machine hidden on a shelf behind the bed but no mug or K-cup.It seems those are available in the lobby... good access ,free underground parking,great shopping and dining

Great location for shopping and eating...Room had high ceilings painted black plus sq. footage very small....no room to move around...Bathroom was very nice, but again, room felt like a cell....ok if you just want to sleep, but doesn't lend itself to feeling relaxed..just wanted to be out of there..

Hotel located in the middle of huge open shopping and entertainment centre. The only problem - location - south of Montreal, and to get downtown you have to cross at least one bridge. So,be prepared for traffic jams

While it is a bit of a trek from downtown, if you are going to be in the Brossard area, this is a great hotel. Shopping is fantastic in surrounding area, and they have a great spa. Be sure to have directions to the hotel as most taxi drivers do not know how to get there.

Malheureusement il y avait beaucoup de bruit à l'extérieur.Sortie de bars probablement! Peut-être que d'être situé du côté Quartier Dix trente n'est pas une bonne idée.La prochaine fois je vais de l'autre côté. Mais pour le reste c'était très bien.
