Our stay at the Tahiti Village resort was better than expected. The room was very spacious and clean. The only drawback was the very uncomfortable pull out couch. The resort itself was very pretty and lush and had lots to offer - we forgot we were in Vegas during our stay. The pool was very accommodating for all ages. The very clean shuttle to and from the Strip was convenient as well and it accommodated a car seat for my 2 year old and our strollers. The staff was very courteous and helpful. This hotel was overbooked and u had to wait hours after your 4:00 check in time to actually get a room. Once you finally receive ur room , we found out it was a wheel chair accessible room !!!! Not what we booked at all. Had to scream at the manager in order to get a better room.

Difficult time getting housekeeping to clean broken glass from a broken light fixture. Difficulty getting maintenance to fix other things broken in the room. Overall service was below average. Pools and lazy river were great.

Fantastic resort off the strip. We have stayed on the strip on many occasions and decided to try the Tahiti and was so glad we did. The resort is lovely. The room was very big with everything we needed. The pool and lazy river are great. It does not feel like you are in Vegas when you are around the pool. The shuttle bus is very handy and efficient and drops off and picks up at New York New York and the Mirage every half an hour but would advise due to limited seats that you try to return via New York New York as this is the first pick up point and sometimes the bus was full when it arrived at the Mirage. We loved the size, comfort, and style of the rooms. The pool and lazy river were amazing but it would be nice to be able to bring your own drinks to the pool. Bummed they did not service our room like most hotels. Close to the airport and easy access to the strip.

really nice place, far from downtown and had some problems with the shuttles, leaving early and shuttles full and had to wait another 30 minutes at 1:30 am. otherwise we like the place and are going back to stay for a week at the end of July.

accommodation was terrific ,couldn't ask for more. But even for a seasoned walker, this place was too far out from the strip. Great if you wanted to stay at the village all day, but don't rely on those shuttle buses to get you to and from the strip. There is always too many passengers for the 1 bus they put on, no one waits in line and it is a fight […] to get on, makes the whole stay very unpleasant. Also, if you want your grown up kids to take the shuttle into town on their own you need a signed waiver from the village - this is on their policy at the front door, only problem is that the staff don't seem to know about this and we ended up having to do the research and educate them on how it worked (when I say kids - 16 & 17 yr old so more than capable of travelling unsupervised on a bus). The Tahiti Village did a great job accommadating my family of 4. I always book the 1 bedroom/ full kitchen. The pool area is great! The kids always have a great time! The location of the hotel is a little south of the strip. But still pretty easy to get to and from. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The picture quality on TV was very poor, called to get it fixed no one came, 2 days later I called again and someone came and had a look but couldn,t fix the problem and just left it at that & and that point I didn,t care anymore. We were very pleased with the resort and would definitely go back to stay there. Nevertheless we will not be using hotels.com ever again to book a trip. We had to cancel one of our nights because of a funeral we had to attend and called to cancel within the cancellation period. I have been spent hours on the phone trying to get my refund after I had […] done everything they asked me to do i.e. take funeral documentation to the hotel. The hotel representatives were very accommodating and the manager approved the refund while we were there, but now hotels.com is not refunding me the money and I just keeping wasting time by spending hours on the phone to get my money back. Also wanted to mention that my husband and I bought pool cups that Tahiti Village offered a couple years ago as we were encouraged to bring them back each visit for a discounted refill. We brought our cups on the plane and when poolside, we […] asked the server at the pool and she said they don't offer that now due to sanitary reasons. Tahiti Village is great. We were disappointing that there was no room service the three nights/four days we were there. If we would have had room service our marks would have been much higher.

The hotel was a nice place to stay with our kids (14, 10, 2 yr olds). Lots of ameneties, gym, laundry, 2 pools, pool bar. Great for family with kids but i wouldnt recommend if you're single and looking to mingle. No casino allows you to relax during your stay. We enjoyed our short stay(5days). It was very convenient to all of our jaunts! I lived in Vegas for 11yrs., so we found our way around easily. The pool , beach, and surroundings are beautiful, and the Great Room pleasant. The sleeping areas were wonderful after a full day of activity. We would choose Tahiti Village again!
