It's a good cheap place to stay. The staff was good, but the place is run is in need of an update. We've stayed there a few times, and it's gotten more run down over time and has a very intense smell of incense or something similar. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay this will work.

Basix accommodations no extras but when traveling and looking for someplace nice and low priced this was perfect for us. Room and Staff were great. Hallways were little rough but I say dont judge a book by its cover. That will come in time. Would stay again

!. No luggage carts, 2. Phone did not work, 3. Armchair was filthy, 4. Black mold in the refrigerator, 5. No clock, 6. Bed linens were dirty, 7. The room smelled old and dirty, and 8. The Menu did not work for the TV.

Bed bugs! I took pictures and showed the guy at the desk. There were 5 of them alive and crawling when i lifted the mattress up. Who knows how many more under. Terrible

Reasonably priced, clean and quiet hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Good place to stay for a quick overnight while traveling.

Comfortable bed and good shower pressure, though the shower head was small. The property is old and many years past due for an upgrade. Filthy shower and hallway carpet. Very loud clientele, made it very hard to sleep. Lobby coffee was terrible. Inexpensive room chosen for a one night stop while traveling north on I35. Cannot recommend though.

Overall the place was ok, what you would expect from a budget place. Near the ice machine, there was a funky smell and when we visited, the parking lot was being renovated and was hard to get to parking. We stayed there twice on our way and back from a trip (you may see the same review twice)
