Very clean and comfortable. Actually this was the first time slept well in a hotel room on the first night of a trip. A little disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. Mexican restaurant within walking distance was really good.

The staff was nice the first room they gave us was 80 degrees and the air did not worked . She moved us to a different room with no issues the new room pain was peeling off the bath tub . There was no hot breakfast only cereal or honey buns . The pool and hot tub were out of service . The ice machine on our floor did not work did not try any others . Was not happy with this stay for the price hat I paid

Clean room. My only disappointment was that when I came back to my room there were no fresh towels. I don't know maybe things have changed, I thought you got new fresh towels daily. I wasn't concerned so much about if the trash was emptied or the bed made, just fresh new towels.

Breakfast is what you’d expect for a hotel. Pool was freezing and the hot tub was not working. The pool and hot tub was the main reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointed. Had to move rooms due to a bad smoke detector and then the new rooms fridge quit working. Room was relatively clean, sheets had a hole and a few stains. Overall wasn’t horrible but not sure I’d stay here again.

Place was kind of a disaster... They were so low on keys that they asked to return a single key when one of them were not working and tried to get two new ones. The room had no hand soap and was informed that they're out. For a room with 3 checked in guests they had two towels, had to ask for one more. The elevator was out of order, we were on the third floor with my 73 year old father. The ice machine was not working on our floor. Overall the place is in a really poorly maintained state and nobody seems to care. Don't stay here unless this is your last resort.

Front Desk Receptionist : Laura was so beautiful and so kind since I stepped foot in the door. She was so welcoming. Room, 2Queens & Sofabed: EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL!!!! it was spacious, air conditioner was great, beds were comfy, everything was clean enough. No problems nor issues. Recommend: HIGHLY!!!!! Believe the reviews. This is a great place to rest.

THEY SAID THEY WERE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I CALLED A WEEK BEFORE OUR CHECK IN DATE TO MAKE SURE THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB WAS WORKING(because we had rain all week) AND AVAILABLE ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND 2026 AND NO IT WAS NOT, the POOL WAS OPEN BUT THE HEAT PUMP WENT OUT A WEEK BEFORE WE CAME AND IT CONTROLLED THE TEMPERATURE OF THE POOL AND THE HOT TUB.....THE POOL ON A HOT DAY WAS STILL ABOUT 40 degrees SO COLD I DID NOT SWIM BUT THE KIDS DID..THE ROOM WE GOT WAS DIRTY AND STAINS ALL IN THE TUB LIKE HAIR COLOR??? THE PHONE BY THE BED DID NOT WORK, BY ABOUT 4 AM IN THE MORNING ME AND MY GRANDDAUGHTER WOKE TO SWEATING TO DEATH THE AC HAD NOT BEEN COOLING THE ROOM GOOD, AND WE CALLED DOWN FOR A FAN....THE ICE MACHINE IN THE HALL 10 FT FROM OUR ROOM DID NOT WORK AND NO ICE, THE ROOM HAD NO COFFEE OR CREAM OR STOCKED MINI AREA...WE GOT UP THE NEXT MORNING ATE BREAKFAST AND LEFT CHECKED OUT A DAY EARLY..I WORKED 60 HOURS THE WEEK BEFORE AND WAS HOPING FOR FATIGUE RELIEF HOT TUB... told the front desk she said they would give me reward points....this is my 3rd time same time in may 3 years in a row, this was the worst visit!
