Room was dirty, there were toys and bottle caps on the floor, it had not been vacuumed or picked up. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and water was dripping from the light fixture, when I told them about it they just apologized and said the room upstairs had plumbing issues and that it should of not been occupied. The pool was closed all weekend it was , their waffle maker was broken. The worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.

My family asks i stayed for one night. It looked pretty decent compared to other hotels. The hotel itself was on the older side. Our room had whole in the wall and the mini fridge would not keep cool. Breakfast was great and staff where friendly.

This hotel needs a major renovation. Furniture needs to be replaced. Bathroom needs a total remodel. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Breakfast wasn’t too good. Ms G who served breakfast was very friendly. I don’t blame her for the bad breakfast. She was working with what she had. The elevator was slow. I saw the inspection certificate and it’s been 3 years since the last inspection. The common areas need to be cleaned.

Friend of desk worker was parked in middle of driveway at check in. Dumpster in front, filthy, smelled bad, had trash on ground around it. Debris all over parking lot. Pool closed. Hot tub closed. Treadmill not working. Breakfast pancake machine not working. Morning juice machine not working. Should have stayed and different hotel. Damaging to IHG brands.

Both slidin doors doors to the front entrance were broken and remained open. It did not feel very safe being that hotel sits on 35. Loose tile in bathroom and elevator. Fire alarm went for 20 minutes straight starting at 5:30 am

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Holiday Inn name. All the common areas were dirty and without air conditioning. Outside there was accumulated trash including beer cans and food refuse. We weren’t told at check in about the a/c problems so when we came down for breakfast we could either eat in the heat with a small fan blowing or we could leave. We chose to leave. We were told that we would be charged a $25 fee up front for “incidentals” which would be refunded after we left. I’m still waiting for my money

Breafast was limited and bland, alot of the normal items available at other Holiday Inn Expresses was not available here. The bed looked as if somebody had just gotten out of it as the sheets were wrinkled. The facility is dated in need of proper maintenance and repair, the elevator is going to get someone hurt, this thing is in desperate need of inspection and repair before a lawsuit happens. The landscape is horrid and the lightpole that was knocked down from last year is still laying in the field.

We usually stay in one of the other hotels when we visit Sweetwater and never have these issues. It was spring break and we have an 8 year old. We were not informed the pool was out of order until we arrived and noticed it on the way to our room. The whole point was him having fun. It was not on the website that the pool was out of service. When we got to our room the bed was dirty and I had to have the sheets changed right away. We were in town for a big event and couldn't just change hotels easily without driving 35 min to the next town. I would just not stay here again.

Room was very muggy and ac barely did anything to cool it down. Found loose coins on the ground in the room that weren't ours because we do not carry cash or coins, which could have gone bad since we had our 1 yr old and 2 yr old in the room and they could have swallowed them. So that proves floors were not properly vacuumed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and when we asked front desk for some they said they were all out. Would not stay there again.

The room and hotel in general were old, falling apart and dirty. The breakfast was lacking and the food looked gross. The hot water was chlorinated tap water and wasn't drinkable. The workout room was a joke as most of the equipment was inoperable. The only positive I can add is the staff members were very polite and nice.

The room was completely neglected. Reeked of smoke, phone didn’t works, tiles in the bathroom were no longer attached to the floor making it a trip hazard or the potential to get cut by the side of the tile.

The room literally looked like it had not been updated in 20 years. Very drabby. Only chose thia hotel for srive home isnce i drove all day and needed the hot tub for my back. The pool was a foot and half low on water and hot tub was bone dry. So disappointed. Holiday inn has always been or go to and now we will do our research.
