珀斯伯斯伍德洲际酒店 (Crown Metropol Perth) - Burswood

A bit far from town but a great hotel, great service and spacious rooms. There were renovations at the time of my stay but this wasnt an issue. Skip the breakfast - a bit average for the money.

Overall I was very happy with my stay at the crown metropol. Customer service was brilliant. The rooms were spotless and the decor was stunning. Only concerns was that you could here the noise and music from the lobby ( my room was on the 2nd floor) at night when I returned to my room to sleep, so I would definatly recomend requesting a higher. Hotel was lovely, pool was fantastic, staff were very friendly. The casino itself is undergoing a lot of change at the moment though and the restaurants were not very good.

We enjoyed our stay at the newly refurbished, newly named Crown Metorpol (formerly Burswood Intercontinental). The rooms and the hotel has a very sophisticated 1920s feel with decoration down to the last detail! The rooms are very beautiful and you do feel as though you have taken a step back in time, with the exception to all the wonderful technology, […] e.g. Flat Screen TV, IPod Dock/charger/radio, electronically controlled do not disturb sign/make my room sign, and a control tablet for internet. The service was fabulous, the rooms was clean, the amenities were amazing (especially the pool unfortunately the cold kept us away although its heated). Even the inroom service was prompt, professional and the food tasty. The reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 was because it is still being made over and we endured some noise at 7am in the morning which made sleeping in hard. 阅读更多信息

Rooms are high quality, some things in the room don't match the high standard of the decor. Ironing board was broken, tv was poor - hotel engineering staff blamed poor quality tv image on it being "an old TV". Valet parking extremely expensive but free parking available 200 metres away. Continental Breakfast @ $30 is over priced. Staff were receptive […] to my concerns are tried to compensate for any short comings. We had a great stay. We arrived almost two hours earlier than the 3pm check in time and it was no problem. We immediately checked into our luxurious room. Staff and facilities were lovely.

the hotel was clean and tidy, bed was comfy, staff were polite. but for a 5 star hotel the decor was quite dated. lots of renovations were going on but they hadn't made it to our floor yet! burswood entertainment complex was beautiful but this didn't flow through to the rooms, where is was quite underwhelming.

Service and rooms are excellent good view from room and meals are very good. Breakfast was served on time on a Sunday morning and was delightful and well presented. Only complaint is disabled amenties not quite up to scatch but was able to get by.
