酒店整体装修很有特色，像个大花园精致又充满风味，让人流连！遗憾是房间太小了，酒店离海边也很远，spa也很贵。服务员中文很好，专业有余热情不足。

泰国式的苏州园林，一步一景，非常漂亮，酒店不大，但是装修很花了一番心思，房间全实木装修，应该是装修里最贵的一种。游泳池很赞，自助早餐很赞，在普吉7天，最满意的就是这个酒店，holiday inn都没有这个酒店让我们流连忘返~~~另外这个酒店的网速超级快，服务人员也很友好，总之就是非常非常的满意！

酒店很有泰国特色，幽静，绿化是园林式的，在普吉正午也不觉得炎热。房间门口有休息花园，服务也很到位，很赞，下次还回来住。

服务非常热情，酒店环境很漂亮，非常泰式，特别是自助早餐很丰盛很美味，酒店有一个会中文的前台，沟通无障碍，还会主动帮我们拍合影，房间也很好，每天都会给驱蚊帮我们把蚊帐放好非常贴心，唯一的遗憾就是房间比较小，比较潮湿衣服不爱干，但是瑕不掩瑜，值得下次继续去住。酒店内有免费WIFI，离海滩也不远，总之非常不错，非常喜欢。

房间确实有点小 但是很温馨 够用了 整个酒店的感觉超级好 风景布置 还有会说中文的服务生 虽然蚊子多 但是服务生会提前去房间把蚊帐放下来 把房间里喷好无味的驱蚊药 房间内部还有电蚊液 防蚊水 厕所 淋浴 一切都好舒服 门前的休息地方 还会点上熏香 早饭种类虽然不多 但是够了 总之这个酒店是这次旅游中最满意最喜欢的一个 赞！！！！离酒店不远的一个小hotel里有出租车服务 那里的taxi去巴东只要350泰铢 比外面的便宜 赞一个！！！

整体环境还可以，泰式风情真的可以体验到。但是服务我没法给满分，门口保安大叔很冷脸。最后一天中午退房，晚上的飞机，去海边需要用酒店的干洗带装湿的游泳衣回来，跟前台解释的时候，旁边的小妹在笑。很无语的感觉。最喜欢的是他们的熏香。下次再来普吉不一定还会住这里。

这家位于卡塔海滩附近的酒店，虽然不靠海，但是离海步行10分钟，酒店内设不错，有自己的餐厅和SPA以及游泳池、休息厅等，SPA比外面的贵很多但不见得有多好，餐厅还可以，喜欢泰式风格的可以尝试一下，但总体而言，性价比不高，酒店服务水平一般，没有温馨的感觉，离巴东、卡伦、普吉镇都非常远，想要去尝美食的话要花费很多的车费和时间。

泰国风情浓郁、各种植物繁茂、很多小细节体现出酒店的细致，一步一景形容最恰当。一切感觉都非常好，非常希望下次能住到园景房，能在门前的小长廊的沙发里看书、小憩、聊天等等。只是酒店位置离海滩不近，建议租模特车（250株/天）到处逛，那会非常方便！

相当别致的酒店,小巧而精致,浓浓的泰国风味,一步一景,让人一走入其中就喜欢上了这个酒店. 我们入住的BARAY VILLA是所住过的酒店中最特别的一个.一楼的客厅宽敞舒适,按摩浴缸推门出去就是VILLA的私人泳池,虽然很小,不过直接连通了酒店的大泳池. 二楼的大床大的不可思议,床前的沙发座下还可以泡脚,好有创意.电视连接了苹果电脑,可以直接用来上网. 两个楼面各有一个卫生间,有点太浪费了,因为都用不到. 整个酒店一共只有14个VILLA,所以非常的安静,私密性也很好,客人之间完全不会被打扰.服务员都非常亲切,能记住客人的名字. 相比VILLA,普通的客房就显得小了一点,但是装饰一样很有泰式特色,当然也便宜了很多. 在酒店度过的2天很难忘,非常愉快.希望还有机会再来.

一家精致的精品酒店~酒店不大但很别致~~一处一景~~不像传统意义上的酒店哦~~他家的服务质量超好~~好到我不好意思再提要求了~~早餐也很丰盛~~还能在那边学做泰国菜~~他们的厨师热情的不得了~~在他家做了SPA~~正好有打折算下来一套八百多~~还是蛮舒服的~~至少我是睡的昏天黑地的~~ 去海滩也不是很远~~自己去的话要经过一条很臭的大沟哦~

酒店的内部环境极具东南亚或者说是泰国的特色，如众人所说，小巧而精致，一步一景。不知道酒店开了多少年了，房间设施稍有陈旧的感觉。员工温和有礼，服务周到。餐饮的服务算是中规中矩。酒店餐厅性价比没有门口外几家小餐厅的高，这是显然的。 周边环境安静，离海边步行估计要15-20分钟，当然，白天时候每小时都有班车往返Kata海滩和酒店。 如果喜欢安静地呆着，这是个不错的地方。

酒店的院子虽然很小，但是风景很好，像置身于花园之中，一进酒店，就能闻见满院子的香味，那种泰国特有的的味道，应该是柠檬草的味道，真的是泰味十足。酒店周边吃喝都很方便，走到沙滩需要10-15分钟，不过，每小时酒店有免费车接送。不得不提的SPA,，环境不错，我和老公是在半睡半醒之间享受整个过程的，太放松了，可能是行程中没休息好吧，否则，我们都怀疑被施了催眠术，SPA的音乐和别处不一样，很空灵神秘，以至于外边下大雨让我们误以为是音乐里的效果。房间是有些小，行李一放，都快没落脚的地方了，晚上睡觉一定要放蚊帐，否则会被蚊子侵袭得无法睡。总之，是一个很有风格情调的小酒店，不错。

This place truly is amazing. Paradise doesn't even do it justice. The baray villa we stayed in doesn't even have words to describe it. It is so nice that we lost $1200 on a different hotel that we ate so we could stay here longer. It is truly a place that dreams are made of. Firstly the staff are amazing and cannot do enough to help. The hotel is set about 10 min walk from Kata beach and there is an hourly bus to and from the beach but it is easily walkable. The hotel is based on traditional Thai and not modern. The rooms are dark to keep cool. There is air con, TV, computer in the rooms. Also shampoo, conditioner, shower […] get, toothbrush and paste, bug spray (mozzies!), pool towels. The beds were too hard for my liking and also the the beds had thin duvets - I would've preferred sheets and a blanket but it was OK (I'm sure if I'd asked they would've changed this for me. The rooms also have a mozzie net which they put over each night, but we decided after the first night that you are more likely to be bitten sitting by the pool than in the room, wear mozzie spray at all times. The hotel has one good size pool with water fountains and jacuzzi effect and good for swimming laps. There is also a small pool for kids. The hotel is fairly small so there are always beds available around the pool. There is a pool bar with snacks. The hotel has two restaurants, one is traditional Thai and the other is western and snacks. Both were excellent although they use a curry based sauce on all the Thai food - even when it says oyster sauce, so if you don't like curry beware and order sweet and sour or stick to western food). Great ambience and design. Room was small but very neat and real nice. Unfortunately, room service sucks. All the Thai food smells and even the continental food was very poor. The morning buffet was good but when you ask for omelette with green chillies, they don't understand green chillies and make the omelette partially cooked. The hotel had a nice feeling about it and the staff were great. The room we had wasn't the biggest we've had in all the hotels we've stayed in, quite small for us to be honest, I like a bit of room where I can put the suitcase on the floor and not trip over it every 2 minutes or constantly moving bags around to get to the cupboard or fridge. The mosquito […] netting was annoying while watching TV on the bed but its there for a reason so didn't want to pull it back. The location is good, 15-20 minute walk to the beach but there is a shuttle bus every hour so that was good. Beautiful grounds, and a great place to just relax. Food here is great, the pool bar is fantastic too. The only downside is the distance to the beach, which is a 10 minute walk, although they offer a free shuttle every hour (so not a big complaint really)

Great hotel excellent location all the staff was very nice and willing to do whatever you needed. rooms were a bit small due the huge bed. The porch was awesome to sir and have coffee every morning. The pool is perfect and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious.

I stayed 3 nights at Sawasdee by myself in early November 12 and found the hotel to be more than satisfactory. Room was a decent size (especially for one) and was clean and comfy. A little dark thoough. Bathroom was also a good size with a great shower. They provide towels you can take to the beach which is nice. (turn right at the end of the street, cross over and walk for a couple of minutes until you come to a sign pointing you to the beach). Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choice. I had a massage and a facial at the spa, Massage was excellent. Facial just average. Pool loked shady in some of the picsa online but was lovely and sun filled. Room was very small and dark, with no seating in the room. Mosquito netting on the bed was a nuisance. Small selection for breakfast with little daily variation. Pleasant green bushy sprawling setting, though too many mosquitoes outside and in. A mature property - not unpleasant but has seen its best years. Overpriced - would rate 3 stars only.

Recently returned from a very enjoyable 9 night stay at the Sawasdee Village. Wonderful staff, very friendly and always happy to help. We appreciated our greeting and easy check in after arriving at midnight in the rain. They quickly assisted us with our luggage and umbrellas! The room was lovely, a huge bed and spacious enough for myself and my partner. […] The Internet was a little slow but other hotel extras made up for this. I particularly appreciated the number of water bottles provided and beach towels, the mozzie coils and turn down services, the cleaning staff always left notes and nothing seemed to be a problem. The pool area and village was very relaxing and as others have said, a little bit of paradise tucked away from the busy streets.
