Great place to stay! is it the most modern? no. is it still nicely decorated and well maintained? heck yes! people there were very nice, and actually remembered my name through our whole visit! room was nice and clean, and had a VERY comfy bed. the suite had everything we needed! and i would highly suggest it if you want to find a hotel that is truly […] home away from home. having a mini kitchen there was really nice because we could make a basic dinner and save a few extra $$. the pool room was nice and clean, saltwater pool was a blast with the slide, though the hot tub could have been hotter. the exercise room was great and i LOVE the fact they had a laundry room where all you needed was a package of soap. and the small store is excellent idea! saved us a headache of desperately trying to find resources at such a early hour. all in all a great place for a good value! will defiantly stay there again. <3 阅读更多信息

We enjoyed the room and the continential breakfast, but the strong perfume smell from cleaning products was a bit overwhelming. The chilodren and I really didn't enjoy the ice cold shower before entering the pool, or the luke warm hot tub and then NO towels available to dry off. needless to say we were a bit chillled after our visit to the pool.

We had a very nice room excellent breakfast you actually get bacon &eggs lots variety. The only thing i didnt like was no housekeeping on the weekend unless you ask for it.

From the time we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was friendly, helpful, courteous. The manager stepped out of the office to greet us, thanked us for choosing the hotel and offered to help us in any way he could. There was even in house meal at dinner hour and was sufficient and very delicious! The following morning there was breakfast as well! and all part of the cost of our stay at the Staybridge Inn & suites. Very nice hotel. Only one elevator, so sometimes had to wait.But not bad. The breakfast buffet was excellant. You know you just think it will be dry muffins and cold cereal,but this was a full hot breakfast with alot of choices! Close to the airport and just off major roadways so easy to get to.

Great place to stay for leisure or business. Stayed one night, and was able to leave our vehicle while gone on a business trip. No problems with being shuttled to and from airport. All staff gave great service. Will stay again.

We found the hotel good. The front staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and a good selection of choices. Our room was nice except that the carpet had stains on it and there was a musty smell in the room from the bathroom sink. It would also be nice to have a full length mirror in the room. Overall it was a nice experience.

Great hotel. I stayed 2 nights and had to be in South Calgary, NW Calgary, Central Alberta and Airport. The location close to the main arteries of Calgary is ideal yet it is far enough to be very quiet. Room is comfortable and spacious. Great breakfast. Highly recommended

This time my business trip was longer than usual and found the amenities such as Stove, Fridge and Microwave was convenient for my stay. Staff were delightful and courteous. We stay in hotels quite often and this one is definitely a favorite. It was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and quick to offer any assistance. The room was very large and family friendly. The pool and waterslide were big hits and the breakfast was fit for a king. We will stay again for sure!

This hotel was a great place to stay with our young family. Having the pool and a bedroom with full kitchen were definately a plus. The only strange thing about our room was the shower...to turn it on the pull was the underside of the faucet itself. It was great!! The beds and pillows were so comfortable!!! The alarm clock in the empty room beside us was blaring that night but when I called the front desk someone came to turn it off right away. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was great. The suite was neat and clean. It was easily located and close to all the activities we had planned. We only stayed one night and didn't get to use the pool, or fitness room. Only issue was that there was only one elevator.

I was traveling with my entire family and was concerned that we would have to make do with our hotel room situation. I was so pleased at the true experience we had. The two beroom suite made our arrangements easy and comfortable. We could allow our youngest children space to themselves, so that the needs of each age child could be accommadated. Good hotel, welcoming front desk with basket of fruits. Spacious ensuites rooms. However, the washroom in my room was defective during our stay, it was reported but could not be fixed before I checked out. Otherwise a good hotel.

Very prompt and pleasant service. Didn't get King bed requested however it was fine. Very convenient to the medical facility (within a block. Was not offered medical discount as apparently is the case with Four Points next door. Would be nice if offered for this use in future.

We were in Calgary for my brothers wedding. We had also decided to stay 9 days and wanted to save money on food by being able to cook for ourselves. Our only complaints were minor, the front element on our stove did not work, there were no dishtowels to dry dishes if you only had a few and did them by hand, we ask for one and they gave us a hand towel […] like the ones in the bathroom. There was only three of each item( glasses, plates, cups) so we had to do a lot of dishwashing( kind of a waste of the hotels utilities to run the dishwasher for 2 cups and two plates, but we needed them for our next meal as we were left with only one plate ect. We did eventually go down and request one more set and they gladly gave it to us(guess we should have done that sooner) , but it should have been there in the first place. The location worked great for us as it was 10mins. from the airport and 10mins. from my brothers house and close to any shopping that we needed to do and close to a great steakhouse where the whole family got together for a meal. It would have been nice to have a small table to eat at, had to use the coffee tables which were quite low, would have liked a 2 chair table where the desk was, as a table can serve many purposes and the desk could not serve as a spot for two people to eat. Other than those small items, the service and staff were fantastic, we would definitely stay there again on our next trip out to Calgary. 阅读更多信息
