The room air conditioner was poorly placed:blowing directly on us the entire time we were in bed. I had to sleep with the top sheet over my head. The zero-entry shower was not properly leveled, causing water to flow away from the drain and onto the bathroom floor. We were surprised how little was offered for breakfast. Thankfully, we had other options.

Basic hotel, rooms are small for the reserved suites, exterior is nothing to be proud of, snow plowing had piles limiting parking at 8 plus spots had to park down the street and walk to our room, walls are very thin and neighboring guests made it hard to sleep with noise, pillows are way to soft, water pressure is sub par but great temps! Staff was friendly and great. The facility was awful! The room and lobby had strong smoke smells, the dirt along the baseboards was really noticeable as were stains in the toilet and peeling paint on walls and patched ceilings. The sheets had visible dirt on them. The room was tiny and overcrowded and the decor was nothing like what’s shown in the listing.
