住过其他Swissotel酒店，这家的水准不同。但是服务好，我发现员工表现出的热情独一无二，但是缺乏惊喜的部分。我感觉和住在任何大连锁酒店里一样。

这是我们第二次带孩子来这里，但我们还在Karon的Katathani和Horizon住过。对于一个家庭来说，这个地方真的很出色。房间很好（两个大卧室加上厨房/客厅，和三个LCD电视机）这在普吉岛很难找到，加上价格比我们在其他地方的普通套房付出的低。还有，这里的早餐是我们吃过最棒的，孩子们喜欢游泳池和滑梯，而且顶尖的餐厅和多变的菜单为孩子们服务的很好，价格只是适度的高些。人们十分讨人喜欢，非常有帮助，事实上，这里不是一个巨大的度假村，很好的海滩要步行5分钟，乘嘟嘟车到Patong5分钟/400baht，很棒的按摩和裁缝就在门口。我们已经在谈论回去的事了——这次，只到Swissotel酒店。

早前是万豪酒店旗下的Courtyard酒店，从2012年4月更名的。因为普吉岛整年炎热，我希望Swissotel 酒店在公共区域（吧台，餐厅）有空调。但是度假村里有极好的流程和客户服务；非常适合家庭；有两个卧室的公寓超值这个价格。尽管它不在沙滩或者主路上，但是位置舒适，有像迷你市场，洗衣，按摩，骑车和小轮摩托车出租，甚至有裁缝服务！——就在入口外。有非常好的当地食物。员工培训得好，有礼貌，先发制人而且细心。值得再去。

Stayed in the swissotel for a week and a half in March 2013 and generally found it a most pleasant experience. Main gripe was that we were given a much smaller room than expected so had to ask for the bigger room (which was pictured on the website) which we were duly given. As we did not have children with us we spent most of the time on Kamala Beach […] which had the perfect balance of restaurants and bars etc whilst not being too busy. I found it incredibly unusual that when checking in and having already paid in full online that I had to pay more cash upfront for each day that I was there in order to cover for in Hotel purchases. Swissotel at Kamala Beach is a great place to stay. The front office staff are always ready to help with a smile. It is a little out of the way from the Patong and the Phuket town centre but taxis are always readily available to take you there. I think it's catered more to families but having said that, it would be a nice place for couples as well.

Very good Hotel, great service, very clean, good food and great clientele, fantastic location. The only negative was the power went out at night for quite a few hours, the hotels generator power does not extend to the room therefore was left in absolute darkness. This was late at night and didn't affect my stay. I would recommend this place.

The hotel was great,rooms great and pool area wonderful.The waterslide is great for little kids as well as the big kids at heart.I would recommend this hotel for anyone.The only thing I would suggest they have is a shuttle bus to nearby attractions or beach locations eg Phantasea or Surin Beach etc.Restaurant is ok to eat at but needs someone to get […] orders correct and out while food still hot.This was our only dissapointment,the meal for lunch.On saying that the breakfast available is great with many options.Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. 阅读更多信息

We experienced a tsunami evacuation during our stay and the staff were exceptional. Even the general manager was hands on. Took care of us with food, water and towels while up the hill. The staff were the friendliest we have ever met. Loved our children. This is a great family hotel. Only things were the kids club smelled damp and they took ages to […] remove room service trays when requested which started to smell after being outside for a full day.Also instead of changing a bed sheet that my daughter had spilt something on, they turned it over. Was earlier Courtyard by Marriott, name changed from 1 April 2012. Since Phuket is hot round the year, I wish the Swissotel had public areas (bars, restaurants) with airconditioning. But the resort has excellent processes and customer care; is very family-oriented; 2-bedroom apartments are superb value for money. Though its not on the beach or on Main […] Street, the location is comfortable, with services like mini-market, laundry, massage, car and scooter hire - and even tailors! - just outside the entrance. Ideal for families with a great kids club and water slide that kept them occupied for long periods. Shops near to the hotel were useful to buy bits and bobs as well as local trips. Spa in hotel was great and gave a discount before 11am. Whilst breakfast was pricey - about 400 bht each the lunches and evening meal were reasonable and varied though. まず、周辺に何もありません。ホテル前に、お土産屋さんが数件だけです。マッサージは、ホテル前の道を直進し、左折したところにあります。タイマッサージ・オイルマッサージとも、１時間300Bです。とてもいいです！！食事はホテルでしました。それほど高くないと思います。味もまあまあです。周辺に何もないので、それがいいか？悪いか？です。ビーチまでは、歩いて５分。とても静かですが、のんびりして泳げます

Prima Resort met prima restaurant en 's ochtends goed ontbijt buffet. Alle kamers liggen langs het grote zwembad. Er zij voldoende ligbedden voor alle gasten. Zwembad heeft ook nog een leuke glijbaan voor de kids. Er is verder een goede fitness ruimte en een prima creche voor de kleinste gasten.
