My favorite part of the hotel was the pool area! Employees were friendly. The hotel is in a great area. It was close to shopping stores, restaurants, Walmart, six flags, rangers and cowboy's stadium. I am giving the hotel the highest possible rating. I did not stay there myself, but my daughter and her best friend did this past weekend. We got her tickets to see Taylor Swift and set them up at the Admiral because it wasn't too far away. Well, we didn't rent them a car (which turned out to be a mistake) but the people at The Admiral (especially Juanita) […] were so nice and kind that they helped the girls in every aspect - from getting to and from the stadium, to finding a place to visit on Saturday before the concert. We didn't have WiFI which is a staple for hotels now. Also, our DND sign was missing. We told them we would be using the pull out bed, but it had no bedding on it, nor was there any spares in the room. I had to go to the front desk and get bedding. Also, one towel per person? Really?! We had two girls, that was not going to work.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Very dirty and bathtub wouldn't drain. Sheets on bed were not clean.

We got there a little after 3 there was a line that wasn't moving. The hotel lost my and about 10 other groups (from what I noticed) reservations to start off. After getting everything straighten out with that around 3:30-3:45 we didn't get a room til 5ish because they didn't have rooms ready. There was a massive line forming waiting for rooms. Enjoyed our stay. Room was cold just how we like it it! Bed was comfortable. Hotel needs to be updated pretty bad. Paint would do a lot for this hotel. Rooms are acutally pretty clean. Trolly bus is a BIG ADVANTAGE! Employees are really nice to customers.

My online reservation was for 2 double beds. I checked in after a very long day at Six Flags and entered my room that turned out to be one king bed. They said they were full since we checked in so late (although I made RESERVATIONS for double beds). Also, the hotel was not as nice & clean as the pictures. I will not stay here again!

Toilet and sink were stopped up and not useable. Took 20 min for them to fix it. The pillows were so stiff I woke up with a headache and my neck hurting. The wallpaper trim was falling off the wall and looked rotted. Its right off the highway and heard every vehicle drive by. Will not be staying there again.

I booked this hotel because the ratings said it was a good hotel. But in reality it is just OK. The halls smell weird, and the overall hotel looks a bit off. We booked for two nights and the second day we were there went out with our bags, and the hotel front desk kept calling us to know if we had left so they could clean the hotel. We got what we paid for......at one point I had to call and ask for hotel maintenance to unclog our sink....but it never happened and one day after cleaning our room, we were left with no towels...called but ending up going to the front desk to pick them up because we needed to take showers.

First and foremost, when you walk in the lobby, there was a very strong odor of natural gas. Made note of this several times to the front desk clerks, and they were aware, but acted like management didn't believe them that people were complaining. Overall, you get what you pay for here. The hotel is located RIGHT next to the interstate, but we didn't have any problems with road noise. One complaint that we had in the room is that the toilet would intermittently run throughout the day and night. Not great when you're trying to sleep. The only reason we chose this hotel was because it has an indoor pool. In fact that is all my 6 year old daughter asked for when we planned our spring break vacation was an indoor pool. She would have been happy staying in our home town as long as she was able to stay in a hotel with an indoor pool. When we arrived the pool was broken and her trip was […] ruined. The main thing I was very disappointed is the pictures on the website shows a great looking pulls inside and out. But when I jumped in the pool I'm easily froze the water was so cold it was like being back home during the winter

The management at this hotel did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, and it was. However, the pool was not heated and judging by the stale water, I would say it's been a while since it worked. They sent us to a nearby hotel to swim. Very nice, just not convenient. The wifi was being fixed the whole 5 days we were there. The pool heater was being installed the whole 5 days we were there (both reasons I booked hotel) There was my husband and I and our 3 kids. And everyday we had to ask for blankets for the foldout couch because room service would take them. Everyday we would have to ask for more towels because […] they leave 2. When we would call for these things it would take them 45 mins to bring them. We had to remind them because they were just hanging out at front desk. Hotel restaurant is expensive and gross. For the price that you pay per night for this hotel it does not make sense to me. Sure Six Flags may be down the street but that does not make up for charging guests a fortune for the hotel stay. Our hotel room was clean and efficient but bare minimum in standards. The structure and upkeep of the hotel was average at best. The walls are relatively thin […] we could hear doors open and shut and people walk down the hallways. The good thing about this location is it is right off 360 thus easy to access highways and local fast food areas. The staff was also courteous and friendly. If you plan on staying at this hotel make sure to get it at a discount or expedia deal. While the hotel was close to the Dallas Stadium and they provided transportation if you booked it in advance. The room was awlful. There was a dead roach in the bathroom that took over 3 hours for someone to remove. The room smelled of cigarettes. I had to use the computer to update some work but the internet stopped working and the printer would not […] print. I was unable to complete the work although the staff told me they would from their computer. The restaurant food was not bad although they were completely understaffed for such a big game weekend. Room was clean, felt old though. I was in a non-smoking room, but not on a non-smoking floor. Smokey smell crept into room, and the hall was like running a gauntlet of smoke. Also Wi-Fi signal was very poor, not usable at all. Killed my productivity for the week. Called Front Severl times, all they could do was reset the router, didn't help at all.

It is a decent hotel. I didn't get a chance to fully take advantage of the amenities. The rooms are average. The hotel name raises our expectations but the room is only average.

My husband and I came to Arlington to attend the Dallas Cowboys football game on Thanksgiving and we liked the close location to the stadium. We stayed 2 nights and we were very pleased with the hotel. We would stay there again in the future.

We went to Six Flags and then to Watch a Dallas Cowboys game. The location could not be better especially for price. They have a shuttle that will take you to the game and back ($15.00 per person) and is well worth it.
