Baymont Inn And Suites Houma - 霍玛

This hotel went above and beyond what I expected for 100 a night. The rooms were very clean, the free breakfast was great, and location was perfect. I read previous reviews and did agree with lousy toilet seats and small towels. I packed my own towel and enjoyed their hot showers just fine. My husband stays here often for business and this trip I tagged […] along. I was very happy with the stay and would stay here again (this is coming from a spoiled CT girl). The location had grocery store, Walmart, target, old navy, and lots of chain places to eat. The pool was very clean and they a few local goodies to see and eat. Def try Mr. Ronnie's famous hot donuts. Best donut I ever had. Also the 45 min. ride into New Orleans was just enough and glad we didn't pay 400 a night to stay in the center of New Orleans. Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast and plenty available. Nearby fast food and a grocery store. I read other reviews before making reservations and noticed somebody felt uncomfortable with the area. After staying there for four nights I don't know why and I noticed one morning a security guard leaving. I gladly pay more for security and only stay […] at modern motels with inside rooms. Folks this place was great and I will use again when I need to return to classes at Fletcher Tech Community College (maritime school). The hotel was clean and affordable. I did not like the sink being in the room and the towels were poor quality & stained. When it comes to decor and layout, I would rather pay more and stay at the Courtyard or Holiday Inn. If those hotels are sold out, I wouldn't mind staying here again though.

This was a great Hotel. The only thing is house keeping need to check the draws in rooms. We arrived and someone's clothes was in the draws. Other than that this was a wonderful stay...

The rooms are nice for this inn's price range. My lower rating deals with other concerns. * beds are 30 - 36 inches from the floor which makes it hard for an elderly short person or someone with a disability to get in. * they skimped on toilet seats. They are flimsy and move around on you. * their help staff need to be informed that they should not […] jump in front of guests during breakfast hours. I had finished one waffle and was about to make a second when one of the help staff jumped in front of me and made her own without so much of a "Have you finished?" The Baymont Inn is well located along my route to the airport. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is a little hard to get the front desk's attention sometimes for an early morning checkout. Other than that, an excellent place to stay.

My schedule put me there in Houma on a Friday at noon. I needed to check in earlier than would be normal and the front desk clerk was courteous and helpful and she allowed me to check in and drop off my bags before the normal check-in time. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very courteous. Great continental breakfast. Really nice stay. However, the neiborhood was not, how do I say it, family friendly. It is in the rougher side of Houma, LA.

I traveled to Houma at the last minute for business and chose the Baymont based on a friend's suggestion and the rate. The hotel was new and clean, although the staff seemed a little distracted. The location leaves a little to be desired considering it's so far from "town," but it made perfect sense for me since I was heading to the Port.
