The air conditioning could use updating as it is a little noisy but overall this is a great place to stay. It’s very convenient to the beach and pier as well as great food. There’s shops including beachwear, ice cream and restaurants in walking distance. I would stay again.

Very Clean but…. Door would not stay shut, they worked on it but still didn’t work. Moved to different room, both rooms had mold in hem of shower curtains as well as around molding in bathroom. Rooms had an odd smell. Staff was very friendly but due to issues we encountered we checked out after first night of three night stay

PRO- Big room, super close to the pier and shopping. Awesome staff. CON- Dirty floor in first room. Had to vigorously slam door to get it closed and then extremely hard to open. Room was pretty beat up. We moved to a second room because of the mentioned problems. The second room was also big and the floor was a little cleaner, but I did have to sweep it. And the door did shut much better. In all, I understand some of the conditions at this property because of its very close proximity to the ocean, but it could use a lot repairs and maintenance

I have to say I was puzzled by the previous comments/reviews made about this place. We were extremely happy and satisfied with this property. Upon arrival to departure it was 5 stars. Very Clean, very comfortable, plenty of towels, full size bath, mid size fridge already on and cold. Full size microwave, coffee pot with supplies. Toiletries for everything. AC was in great working order. Amazing view of the ocean. Walking distance to almost everything. Checking in was super fast and very friendly. Check out was the same. The 1 and only concern I mentioned upon check-out was at night in the dark the transitioning on the floor from the sink area to the restroom was a bit higher and I stubbed my toe. She was very concerned and I feel like this would be addresses. The value for the hotel was perfect for a Monday - Thursday visit. A weekend visit to me is on the higher side for a stay considering you have to pay for parking at the pier if you go to the beach upon check out at 11am and we probably would not stay unless we were to share the room with family or friends. Check in and out times are perfect!

This location was very convenient as it is just less than 5 min walk from the beach, and there are stores and restaurants in nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff was also very friendly. We loved our stay in oceanview inn.
