Located right off the motorway and with easy access to Warrington, we both found this hotel very comfortable and with all the amenities required. Nice comfortable night's stay and friendly staff - what more do you need?

Not terribly impressed I'm afraid. £8 for a glass of wine!! Flat prosecco and served in a wine rather than champagne glass...all a bit shoddy. Breakfast sparse and greasy - at no point did they have the full hot buffet on display- always something missing

i was very please with our stay except for one thing. we booked and paid for breakfast. we were told by the receiptionist that breakfast was served between 6-30 and 9-30. we got up in the morning and went to breakfast at 7-30 as we were traveling on up to scotland. on going for our breakfast we were told that cooked breakfast was not served until 8-30. […] so we had to make do with a bowl of cornflakes and a cup of tea. i feel this was the only let down. 阅读更多信息

Upon arriving at reception the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. The room was immaculately clean and perfectly sized with a fantastically well lit bathroom with all working amenities - faultless - definitely will be staying again.

enjoyed my stay but at the breakfasts we were always waiting for something weather it was eggs or bacon etc .i would have liked to know before or at least when i booked in that i was being alocated a discabeled room.the sink was very low to use and the toilet was very high.

Look, this place is ok, but really, the quantity of everything was down to the absolute minimum: bath towels the size of tea towels; shower pressure drizzle; spatially bereft. The people are good and friendly, but I wanted to feel less threatened by their accounting razor.

Terrible. I think due to the fact that I used premium reward points to book this room, I was probably given the worst room in the hotel right next to the elevator. After ten hours of driving I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise. The room was OK with no unpleasant smells. The restaurant menu was very ordinary - I didn't bother to use it. Breakfast was also ordinary with no fresh bread, just packaged, sliced loaves.

Hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff and modern. The only bad thing i could say was that i booked a kingsize room only to be told on arrival that they only do doubles and do not offer king as stated on this website.

arrived and receptionist was very friendly and helpful room was quite spacious twin double bed and was clean lift was not working properly although no real problem as we were on 2nd floor and fault had apparently been reported bar and restaurant looked very quite so we asked receptionist if we could walk to a pub nearby. one 5 mins away not so good […] for food and another 10 minutes away. in the end we saw bus stop closeby and took 10 minute into Warrington itself where there were plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from got back and had a couple of drinks at bar where we had to pay on room in end becuase till was shutting down all in all although we did not use the hotel for much apart from sleeping it was more than adequate for what we wanted 阅读更多信息

Location is OK if you drive a car, Hotel condition is average level but acceptable. What I am dispointed is the service. I pay 15 Pounds for internet usage but do not work.My sun was told he has to wait to maintence and can not make commitment when is OK. the location of the hotel next to the M6 in Warrington is excellent for access to manchester Liverpool the lancashire coast Cheshire and Chester. Plentiful parking and a nice bar and resturant. Ther bar is on the small size but good range of drinks and the resturant is ok for a budget meal. The starters are over priced for what you get but the mains […] are good value. Hotel is spotlessly clean and quiet with the last gripe is the charge for internet access. Most places offer this for free and have cheaper rooms. There was a mistake with the bill but this was rectified with the minimum of fuss. All the staff were excellent and appeared happy to help with any request we made. Stayed one night at the Holiday Inn in Warrington. Got a good price for a family room. Staff was nice. Room not very big, and double beds somewhat smaller than ideal. Still, what you'd expect. Breakfast buffet not very impressive, but OK. Location is good for those travelling by car (we didn't!)
