although they clean your appartment , they do not clean your dishes which was very dissapointing. we left our room early before 9 and hang the clean room card on the door and when we arrived after 15:00 we found that they were still busy cleaning our roomExpedia 真实住客点评

"Great place."
Everyone was real nice and the place was spotless. Grocery stores were within a block and had a variety of foods to pick from in the stores. Mall was within a 10 minutes walk from apartment. Area is a clean and safe area for visitors. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to everyone.Expedia 真实住客点评

The apartment hotel is clean and nice but a little out of the way. This would be great if you were staying long term but not if you going on holiday. Because it's so hot you need to taxi to the train station or to the nearest mall.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Great staff but not the greatest place to stay"
The people there were helpful and wanted to do thei best, but I just don't think it is worth the price. If you are in Dubai for vacation, Do Not Stay Here! It is not a bad place to stay if you are in town for business but I wouldn't go back. I never ate at the restaurant because it always smelled like cigarettes, so I can't comment on the food. The hotel overall is ok,location not bad-close to Ibn Batuta Mall. It's just staff at this hotel are extremely not helpful- to my any request the answer was NO . The lobby of the hotel is not very attractive, because of the staff as well maybe-they don't look professional at all ,all with gloomy faces and there's a manager running around with some messed […] up reservations and dealing with them in a terrible way.
