We always stay at this hotel when we go to Howell, which is a few times a year. The place is great and the location to the outlet mall is in walking distants.

We stayed at this hotel during the Christmas Holidays when it can be very cold in Michigan. We called about an hour before our arrival and asked to have the heat turned on in out room. The staff was only to happy to do this for us. Any staff we encountered during our stay had smiles on their faces even though they were working on a holiday.

The only issue we had was that our room faced the very busy highway and the traffic noise - continuous semi and vehicle noise - kept me awake most of the night. I don't know how this can be fixed since the hotel sits so close to the road but it is something I will take into consideration from now on when a room is assigned to me...anywhere! Very comfortable room, queen size bed, lots of towels, great TV with 6 HBO channels and a great location to the Tanger Outlet Mall only a minute away. Breakfast was also great - with eggs, cereals and much more. Friendly staff and helpful too.

The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool water was cold and the chlorine smell was strong but it was clean and a good sized pool. We The staff greeted us with smiles and were friendly.

Great hotel staff very friendly. The wireless internet was very slow and made it challening at times to do my work from a laptop. I would stay again.

Overall this was a really nice hotel. Our only complaint was the road noise that we could hear in our room. There is a lot of traffic as the hotel is located along side a busy highway. We stayed after a UM football game. This hotel works great. We are right by the outlet mall to go shopping the next day. The room was very nice and clean. Would have liked to have a chair or couch in the room though. There was enough room.

Access to the hotel was easy. We arrived an hour earlier than the hotel's 3:00 PM check-in time and had to wait to check in - seemed odd. However, the hotel was clean and appeared to be in good repair. Our room was clean and neat. The "complimentary breakfast" seemed to be reasonable, and the morning staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

With the outlet mall within walking distance, this hotel was perfect for my stay in Howell. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, I would recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends!

Nice staff. Clean facilities. Convenient if you have business/activities at Livingston County Airport (KOZW). Lots of noise from freeway - rooms lack adequate soundproofing.

I asked the woman at the front desk about a good place to eat nearrby, and she recommended a place that turned out to be absoluteloy wonderful. Excellent hotel witha superb staff.

The only negative thing I can say is that my room was on the side of the highway and it was noisy. Otherwise, the breakfast was very nice. The pool and workout room was nice and the service was great.

Our Hotel was in Howell, MI just off 133 & I-96. During our one night stay we had a great time. Our room was very clean & comfortable.Our Hotel was very clean, & all the employee's working there were very polite & made sure that we had everything we neededduring our stay. Their elevator was broken, but they were on top of it to get it up & running in […] a safely manner, our room was on the top floor & they even offerd to carry our thing to our room. The hotel was great. It was well maintain, the room clean, the bed comfortable, a great location to visit our son, but it is right on the highway and the highway noise was loud, which made it hard to fall asleep.
