"温馨的度假小屋，距离火车站略远"
Hotels.com 住客于 2012年07月10日做过点评是很好的度假小屋。房间干净，主人也很友善。不足之处是距离火车站有点远，路上提着行李上坡很辛苦。距离湖边也是差不多同样的距离（走路10~15分钟），一路上风景还好所以也还可以接受。

"The Royal Station Hotel Carnforth"
A former beautiful railway hotel - we had many a fabulous night here 30 years ago. Now although welcoming - when you can find the manager, is shabby beyond belief. Decor poor, wires hanging, carpets stuck together with gaffa tape, no lift. Looks like the DSS have moved in. Although they need a place to live, I would have thought they could find something […] a bit warmer. One Plus, it was quiet. mainly because the TV's either didn't have batteries or the volume had been preset to one notch above off. We hadn't paid for breakfast so couldn't comment about the food.
