Greatly located small apartment just 3 minutes from Laugavegur. Quiet place, clean and suited us well as ”home base” for our excursions. Super smooth checkin. Only negative thing was a quite strong smell (first I thought that the previous guests had cooked something with a big odor), it smell decreased after opening the window for a while. The smell however was back the next day when we had been out all day. Maybe bad ventilation from another room?

Our stay was excellent. Easy check in, we arrived very early morning, were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and were allowed an early check in too which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are clean and nice, comfortable bed, we liked having a kitchenette and Nespresso machine. Location is very walkable.

Mangelfuld rengøring, specielt i køkken, i "bryggers/entre" og under sofaen/sengene. Desuden lange sorte hår på badeværelsesgulvet ved ankomst Generelt trænger lejligheden meget snart til at se en alt-mulig-håndværker der bl.a. kan ordne filter i emhætten, skrue dinglende/og manglende håndtag fast, sætte filter på vandhanen i køkkenet, skrue håndtag på gryderne fast, greb på døre/skabe, fastgøre gardinstænger, ordne dryppende bruser i badeværelset, justere vandhanen i badeværelset så den holdes åben når man åbner, sofabord der er revnet, stole man risikerer falder sammen fordi de virker "løse", manglende hylde i køleskabsdør, revnet grøntsagsskuffe i køleskab osv. Super nemt at tjekke ind og dejligt man kan nøjes med koder til indgang i stedet for plastikkort der bliver væk. Fint central placering og nemt i forhold til hvad vi havde brug for. Dejligt roligt om natten. Gode senge, dyner og puder.

A very enjoyable stay. The apartment was ideal in terms of location and space. A short walk away from the heart of the city and coach drop offs to the airport and tours. Communication on how to access the apartment and other instructions was very clear

Epic mix of of rooms, assigned a room with door code to find someone else already in there. Go back to emails where we found yet another room assigned, code doesn't work to that one. Meanwhile there's no elevator and we have large suitcases to drag up to the 4th floor. Finally reach property to clarify booking and room to be given yet a 3rd room also on the 4th floor. We get into the room, dated but doable for our needs. We notice there's extra doors so we peek in only to find 2 of the rooms under construction and overwhelming smell of mold. Allergies were a 10/10 but no other rooms available and this was the tail end of our trip.
