The room was clean, fresh and inviting. Good sound blocking between rooms there was little to no noise experienced. The staff was great and helped us with our needs and service animal Bella. A special thank you to Mark for making our stay more comfortable by putting us on the first floor which made it easier to move in and out. The breakfast was simple and sufficient for the price we paid no complaints. Ample parking available.

Area feels run down. Breakfast served in crockpots…biscuits in one were soggy, gravy burned and eggs tasted off maybe due to the condensation kept in the crockpot by by the glass tops. Not a lot of variety. The hotel just felt dated and aged. Would look elsewhere the next time we go to KC.
