The first of many hotels in our adventure, Sures was well located for traveling around Buenos Aires. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast more than... just bread and juice, and the room was comfortable and on the large side. We tried to get help with airport transfers, but there was no response to our email and not much cooperation when we called. The computer and internet service was not working and that was a bother as we wanted to have contact with family at home. After our 2 week trip, we found many other hotels to be much more cooperative with help, but the staff were somewhat helpful when pushed.
