Really enjoyed our stay in the Rock House. Checked in at the sister hotel The Rising Sun just over the bridge. Perfect location wise to explore Lynemouth, lovely sea view, bar with beer garden, clean room and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

Cute waterfront hotel in Lynmouth
Super cute location on the water in Lynmouth. Room #2 is so charming and has an en suite bathroom. The food was in transition but is offered from 12-6pm and breakfast is a short walk over at the Rising Sun hotel. Recommend!

an absolutely beautiful spot nestled between sea and river, great view from room (riverside)

The view from our bedroom window overlooking the Lynn River to the bustling streets of Lynmouth with behind the hanging woods on the hills above was enchanting. The staff were very friendly and the full English breakfast excellent, highly recommended.

This is an excellent place to stay, the location is beautiful, the staff are so welcoming and friendly , nothing is too much trouble.
The room was absolutely gorgeous, clean and tidy - I really can not find anything negative to say about the Rock House.
I will definitely be going back and would recommend a stay here.
