I was very disappointed with my stay. The complimentary breakfast was poor. The cereal and bagels seemed stale, the waffle machine was out of order, and the sausage and eggs were unappetizing. The only breakfast item I enjoyed was the yogurt. The coffee was also disappointing. While the bed was clean, the room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and we had to keep the air conditioning running to help reduce the smell in our room. The shower curtain was positioned so far from the tub that water spilled all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Only two stars because the shower was basically unusable, with very low water pressure and not enough water coming out of showerhead. What water came out, ran cold in just a few minutes. But staff was friendly, courteous and available, free breakfast was basic but nice. And my room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. The fire alarm did go off during the day, but I wasn't there at the time and it seems to have been addressed well. Thank you!

The wife and I stayed two days for the Ski Beach event in Ventor City.The staff was polite, check-in was fast and smooth. The surrounding area has a little to offer; a local Wawa, diners, restaurants, and plenty of gas stations. It's very close to the beach, as we were able to get there in less than 20 minutes. We stayed on the first floor in room 112, my only negative statement is in regards to the jetted tub. The pressure of the jets need to inspected. The stay overall was great, I'd rate it 4.5 of 5 stars.
