通过网站www.hotels.com选择留在奥斯本度假村是个不错的选择。其实我看到这里的氛围和度假村的位置后订了3天的房间，然后我又延长3天。这里离GOA所有的海滩都很近。

It was informed to me by one of the housekeeping staff that if we want our room to be cleaned then it has to be done before 1 pm else they will clean it the next day. Over all the experience was good, the hotel staff was courteous and helpful

The overall experience at osborne was NEGATIVE.Very rude service at the restaurant area near the pool (of course we did not use any other service).

This hotel is of a very very poor standard. Rooms are dirty, unsafe and in need of some repair/upgrade. We arrived and were shown a room which wasn't fit to stay in. Have stayed here before and knew it needed updating staff are great but badly needs a coat of paint and deep cleaning bed are like rock complete refurb needed. Only stayed one week of 3 found nicer and cheaper.

This is an excellent Resort. You have a choice of staying in one of the 3 buildings. Large rooms- one TV room and one bedroom with AC. Also a large bathroom with 24hr hotwater. I had lovely time in goa, but the hotel itself was very basic. The room was damp and moldy. The staff is too loud by the rooms no chance to sleep in the mornings from 6.30.am. Quite dissapointed as i experienced very low quality for the money I paid.

The experience at the hotel was gr8, nice ambiance, good staff, nice food, good location, everything was good. i got the ground floor room which was bigger than what i expected, one bad thing, no TV in the room also other complimentary things such as tea/coffee maker, water(you actually need to buy it :) ) i will surely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean but basic... Don't have TV, or Room Service... You need to walk down to the restaurant to get anything you need including water to drink.... The so called attached bar is always shut, not sure when they open it... Basically a decent stay with just the basics!

I have picked out hotels from websites but this was by far the worst experience ever!!!! The hotel has nothing that it claims to offer. the pool that is shown in the picture is out of service. The staff is not at all bothered, could not speak to the manager for the 2 days I stayed there.... there was no TV only in our room and staff claimed that there […] was supposed to be non. We had booked 3 rooms in theresort. We did not enjoy our stay in osborne at all. I was told that there was room service when i made the booking, but when i went there it was not available. The first night we spent there, we were not given any blankets. My children were literally shiverring. Morning after putting up a fight we were given blankets that […] were torn and literrally had huge holes in them. The swimming pool was closed for maintainance and the pool that they said we could use was very small. One of the receptionists was very rude. Overall it was a decent hotel when compared to tariff. If you are one of those who like to explore places instead of just staying indoors then you will enjoy...not that u can't stay too long within this property.. no -frills basic bed and buffet breakfast supplied. CRT television supplied in double bed room did not work.air conditioning worked and that was good because believe me you need it the moment you are in the room!. staff are polite and helpful.very good location no problem getting around.

Not much of a resort/hotel Just an average room to stay. No room service and getting even water to drink is tough. Housekeeping is average too. Breakfast is an insult to buffet breakfasts. Just Omlette and Poori/Sabji.

I booked bed and breakfast at the Osborne Hotel for a week. On arrival, I was allocated a large double room in basic condition, bed appeared old, fan too high to feel any breeze, dirty bathroom. I immediately complained and the next day was allocated a room next door on the same floor which was literally five star, beautiful clean floor tiles, clean […] bathroom with hot water anytime, a small balcony overlooking the pool. For the price, it is hard to complain and the staff I am sure would do all they could for you. However as we stayed only for two nights we did not have much interaction with them and could not be sure we necessarily got the greatest rooms available due to the short nature of the stay. There are bars, shops, restaurants & taxi's in abundance although some where closed as we were there out of tourist season. We did experience a few power cuts which did not last for too long so it may be a good idea to have a torch handy although they do supply candles in your room.
