The property adds the following conditions of use: We operate a no-smoking policy in all our rooms,(an outside covered area is available for smokers to use.) We will happily accept assistance/guide dogs, please phone before booking. Pets may be accepted, please phone and speak to Carole before booking. Check-in time is 4.00pm onwards and check-out 10.00am. We would gratefully appreciate a phone call or e-mail to confirm arrival time so we can ensure a warm welcome awaits you. Alternative times by arrangement are possible. Room rate is based on two people sharing with breakfast. Children are welcome. We also reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour causing damage, disturbance or nuisance. We are a quiet family run establishment and our guests appreciate the tranquil environment that we have created.

"Over night stay"
Stayed at the coach house while touring Hadrians wall. We stayed in the stable room we found it clean & it was private as it was ajoined to the main building & had to only go in b&b for breakfast.Fred & Carole where helpful & made us welcome . We would stay again .Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Very Welcoming, Good Value"
The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable on local area. The hotel had free car parking. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable as well as the usual facilities such as tv, tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board there were lots of extra touches, for example books, board games for children, the facility to borrow dvd's, etc. Breakfast […] choice was good and was served promptly. Although only a short visit we were warmly welcomed late on a very wet evening, shown our room and facilities (sky TV in room) directed to nearest restaurant and informed of others. We needed a slightly earlier breakfast the following day which was provided exactly as we'd asked; the breakfast was plentiful and good.
