First room was under some kind of renovation, and wasn't even the room I booked. I booked a King Deluxe and they gave me a standard King. Swapped me out easily enough. No ice machine on site, which is a huge miss. AC and heat are nice, bathroom was awesome and the shower had amazing water pressure.

Then they gave us a diferent room card it never worked ! 3rd card different room water so slow for the shower and sink ! Beds not good ! The second night the phone rings while we are sleeping ! Was actually quite disappointed in the state of this La Quinta Inn. Upon arrival we were greeted by a desk attendant that was dressed in baggy sweatpants and a hoodie. No identification that he was actually an employee. We were told that the pool/hot tub was non-functional. Very disappointing as this is an amenity that we make use of at hotels. Arrived in the room assigned to discover that the heating/ac unit was broken and parts of it were on the floor. Our room was changed at our request. The new room was clean but definitely showing age/wear. At checkout the clerk was pleasant but again, not really identifiable as an employee. Had an uneasy feeling during our stay. We would not likely stay here again. There are many other options in Fargo, ND.

Was okay. The front desk guy was not professional at all. I stood there for a minute and he came around the corner wearing sweatpants a jacket and made it super awkward just in general.
